The lobby design is chill and the apartment is a contemporary design. I love the furniture and the mood. The thing I like the most is the safety in the building. It makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. 24 hours concierge and the building management team are quite helpful. They held a lot of activities for the tenants and we could meet a lot of nice neighbors here.

The location is very convenient. Next to the Chinese Quater with lots of restaurants. Within ten mins walk to reach the city center, bus stop, and train station.

The building management team is so efficient. There is some minor maintenance in my apartment. They fixed it immediately.
Good location, poor management
Property management sucks. No one respond to any emails and the staff very apathetic. Design is nice, the lounge is good. The events are fun too despite me never been to one myself. The staff are friendly but useless. The common area is nice. But still there is no place to work/study.

It’s loud as it’s near to the city center. But it is also the most convenient place to live if you’re Chinese as you’re surrounded by a great range of Chinese restaurants, and also the Birmingham City Center, Bullring shopping center are all like within 10 min walking distance, so going to stores like Waterstones is super easy.

Amazing place to live do recommend
Fantastic staff, such a friendly environment to be in and very social. The events put on by the forum team are always amazing and a great way to meet your neighbours. Maintenance issues get solved fairly quickly and staff will always take your concerns on board.

Great area nice to close to shops and the train station. Very convenient and easy to get to. In a nice part of the city.

Yes when we moved in we had a couple issues but the team solved them almost immediately.
Best place to live
Modern facilities and good community to feel comfortable. Management always there to support and reported issues are resolved in timely manner, especially manager KAM Sahota always helps any maintenance issues.
Lettings team – Zoe and Serena go extra mile to help you while renting apartment in forum.
House keeping Halimo and Mohammed are best to keep place clean
Security team is always on site 24/7 to help

One of the good aspects of living in the Forum Birmingham area is its excellent transport links. The area is well-served by buses, trains, and trams, with several transport hubs nearby, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. Additionally, the Forum Birmingham offers a range of shopping options, including high street brands, independent retailers, and a large supermarket, providing residents with plenty of choices for their daily needs.

It is a great community and good people. You can’t find this from typical viewing

Always respond on time, resolve issues. they make sure you are satisfied with service. Always take an extra mile to help

I love it here!
I’m a new resident here and so far I can say that this development is actually amazing. The design of each facility and even the apartments were obviously well thought through. The building has a beautiful gym (which I need to start using lol), a lovely rooftop, residential lounge with pool table. Need I say more? And a pet run! This is definitely worth the rent I pay and most of all I feel safe.

I chose this area to be closer to work and so the location and convenience is perfect for me. I personally have no complaints.

The only thing I wish I knew before was that gas, electricity & water aren’t provided by one company so we have to pay bills to 3 different companies which is very costly but aside from that, everything else is great.

Quick and efficient. Serena is particular is absolutely lovely.

Nice, Cozy and Comfortable
This property is well maintained by friendly and dedicated staffs. The exterior and interior design of the building is stylish and neat, and roof top, gym, garden and convenience facilities are well equipped. Also, this buiding provides lots of parking spaces to tenants.

I have not raised any issue yet. But they always kept my parcels well.
Excellent Apartments, excellent facilities and excellent management team
Design is modern. Good lounge area that can be used at any time. Large outdoor space in the centre of the development with seating.
The gym is OK, dumbbells up to 25kg, several plates and a smiths machine. There are two cables and a handful of technology functional machines. There are three treadmills, a number of exercise bikes, a cross trainer and a row machine. There is also a stand-up punching bag. Good for people just topping up their fitness, but all the machines only go up to 80kg so anyone involved with weightlifting will want to make use of a nearby PureGym.

Easy access to local shops, bars, restaurants etc. Many amenities around. Birmingham New Street is a 10 minute walk away.
Parking is available at roughly £100pcm – about the same as an NCP car park.
Some loud traffic noise at night with the window open, but no distracting noise with the windows closed.

How good the community is! Very friendly people, management etc. All the parties they host are great too!

Yes for most and the critical ones. Usually issues are resolved within a day, but some less-critical issues were not addressed even after being raised several times.
Lovely place to stay
Modern design, I love it so much.
And the best facilities (such as GYM and the Rooftop.)
Also, some festive events for the residents.( Such as new year, st.valentines party)
Building management is average and property management I have some suggestions because sometimes the other person (not resident) can go to the rooftop, that mean they also can go to our flat. Re safety, I think property management need to think some solution.

So convenience place to be, walk around 6 mins arrive at new street station. And walk 3 mins to indoor or outdoor market, so you can prepare your lunch and dinner.
Normally here is a silent place but will hear some noise at the midnight, I think may be some drunks.

Just opposite of the China town, very convenient .
And walk 2-3 minutes to the indoor market, so you can prepare for your lunch or dinner.

Cleaning service is not professionally, some times will see the rubbish on the corridor few days.

Great home in the heart of Brum!
Upon arrival, I had some issues that the excellent management team immediately sorted out. Their customer service is fantastic. They listened to us patiently and effectively and understood our concerns. They do their best to make this place our home. I am the kind of person that professional customer service and a respectful manner are essential for me; here, I can feel it!

Immediately they solved it! At the first I was worried about my problems but they figured out.
Perfect city centre space
The building layout is well considered and the decor is laid back and inviting quality facilities both within the apartments & communal spaces the team are always on hand to help & are very approachable. Guests always feel welcomed and comfortable here. Maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner. The building is kept clean and safe.

Within walking distance of all the shops/restaurants you could want. Close enough to pubs/bars but not so close that you get disturbed by noise. Walking distance to 3 main train stations and most bus routes. On-site secure parking. Bin collection can be disruptive especially during summer months when windows are open.

Any concerns are acknowledged straight away. Regular updates are provided without having to chase. Issues are resolved in a timely manner.
A Great Resident Site Fit for Enjoyable Living
The entire site design is simply community-friendly and life-comforting. The open style lobby makes one feels warm once entering to the building, yet many more to explore – the chill communal area; refreshing roof-top garden and a well equipped gym. The entire management team is friendly, welcoming and helpful, making it easy to live not only for the youngsters but also elderly tenants. Highly recommend for those new to the city and wish to settle down rapidly!

The location is excellently accessible to key transportation points like bus terminus and New Street train station. All prime shopping and dining areas like Chinatown; Bullring Mall and city centre are within 5-10minutes walk.

The direction that the apartment is facing need to be carefully considered as some will be hit hardly by the sunlight all day.
