Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent and very convenient, right in the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and public transport is easily accessible. Overall, it is a very convenient area to live in. And I hope the parking lot could be used asap.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception staff are always friendly and helpful when I raise an issue. However, the maintenance response could be faster. For example, I reported a broken light in my apartment around two weeks ago, but it has still not been repaired.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the ongoing renovation work, as it can sometimes be quite noisy during the day. I also did not realise how much the film on the windows would affect the view. It would be much nicer if this could be removed once the renovation work is completed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are loads of shops and places to eat nearby. New street is a 10 minute walk and there bus stops just outside the building. There is no anti-social behaviour here. Its nice to have 24 hour security. staff in the office on site are very friendly and helpful. The co-working spaces are great. You met wonderful people living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everytime their is aby issue in my property I inform the staff and they deal with it as soon as I can.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt kniw there were so many great places to eat in the side streets near the forum.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Chinatown means there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes which means you will never be bored of all the options available because there is so many. Transport links are great as you’re nearby the 45.47, 35, 16 and 80 bus routes as well as others which all take you to different areas. New street station is also a 7-10 minute walk which is a highlight and has been really helpful during my time at the forum. The only downsides are when big events happen there can be a lot of traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been helpful but there have been some maintenance requests that were not responded to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to know about the building works that would be going on and the professional end of tenancy cleaning fees (as outlined in the contract).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living here for one year. The construction noise is endless and very loud. It stops my sleep every morning and cannot work and rest in my home at all. The staffs are incapable of managing it and deliberately hide the information about construction with its impact to the tenants. The construction engineer leak the info that it may still last for one year! It is very shameful and surprising that they even get 4 stars. Don’t come and noise can lead you to cancer.

In terms of transportation, there are bus lines nearby that go directly to the city center, making commuting quite convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property management team is very responsible and efficient. They have developed a dedicated mobile app for easy repair reporting or inquiries, and the staff are very careful in handling packages and letters.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more clearly about the property's orientation and lighting changes before moving in. Although the natural light looked good during the viewing, after actually moving in, I found that the angle and duration of sunlight vary much more than expected across seasons, and the master bedroom receives less direct sunlight in winter. If I had known these details in advance, we would have been more targeted when choosing a specific apartment unit.
