Very well located, safe and with good transport links Restaurants and cafes around Good management

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is amazing. They care and they do their best to get it sorted in a good time frame.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it was affordable housing and the service charge would go up for more than double in the space of 5 years.

What is the best feature of your home:

Balcony and all I have done inside Elevator Clean hallways

Horrendous- avoid at all cost

Horrendous management; no value for money; 15 y lifts , vandalism, dilapidated estate, delapidated communal plant, no external works since built, no water pressure to flush loos, broken leaky pipes; millions charged to residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Don’t bother, lie; push residents to sort NHG burst pipes and sewage to sort themselves out; bully, patronise, shut residents down, don’t supervise contractors; have no clue about policies; all complaints are not investigated just shut down; no refunds just extortion, bogus service charges higher than should be; no value for money; management cost is more important than fixing estate; NHG just wants to line their pockets; residents hate NHG and nothing changes for better just worse

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

NHG is horrible ; Internet is full of residents group nationwide reporting same dodgy scamming for service charges with their nationwide contracts etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Nothing; after remedial works for fire safety we can’t shut windows , co2 levels are dangerously high; no consultation went into it and residents charged instead of developer. 16 y plundering residents instead of going to developer to fix shoddy built

Transport links primarily, were also between lots of different retail options which is very convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well, though this was tears ago, I haven’t really had issues recently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Contracts with 3rd party services and how they’d be managed - the garden was awful for years

What is the best feature of your home:

Location, transport, views - it works really well for me

The location is perfect and residence and so friendly, nice neighbourhood and so many amenities, walking satiate from shops restaurants parks and schools and great transport links, there is also on road parking and off site parking too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish to have know more about parking availability as the off site parking is Abit distant. Also that they do not refit the kitchens after they expire

What is the best feature of your home:

The living room and garden very spacious and designed well

We have a variety of shops, restaurants and useful places around. The transport locations is perfect as we have quite a few ways to get central London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good transport links are important for us and reasonable price

What is the best feature of your home:

The flat layout is quite unusual and we have a huuge balcony
