Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location in central Liverpool with easy access to public transport (bus and train station 5 minutes walk away) there is a Tesco extra attached to the building that is open until 11PM which is great. Nothing bad to say about the location aspect of this building. It must be stated that the staff managing the property are welcoming and very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is an easy to use app for maintenance requests / metre readings and things logged here are completed quickly. Alternatively talking to staff in the central reception is easy and they are extremely helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have lived here for 4 years now and I believe my original rent was just below £900. Currently this has increased to just below £1200 about just over an 8% a year which is pretty high in my opinion.

Great location right in the middle of town and close by to everything you could need. Tesco opposite my building. Staff very friendly and helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always responded and helped out with queries

There is nothing I wish that I knew before moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living in the Cargo Building and have genuinely enjoyed the experience. The local area has a great range of shops, cafés, and restaurants within a short walk, and there are plenty of open spaces along the waterfront for relaxing or going for a stroll. Transport links are excellent. The street itself feels safe and pleasant, with minimal noise and no issues. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-connected place to live, and I have been very happy here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have been excellent throughout my tenancy. They are approachable, fair and easy to communicate with, and any requests or questions are handled promptly and professionally. They clearly take pride in maintaining the property to a high standard, and it shows in how well everything is looked after. Overall, dealing with them has been straightforward and genuinely reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how well-insulated the building is—both in terms of noise and warmth. It makes the flats extremely comfortable, but you only realise this after living here for a while.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located perfectly in between the Baltic triangle and main city centre. Most of the city’s best bars, restaurants and amenities are within a 15 minute walk. Traffic noise is minimal with open windows and non-existent with closed windows despite being close to a busy road along the waterfront.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues raised are promptly acknowledged and dealt with.

There is a marketplace on the buildings app for residents to buy and sell unwanted belongings - good to make some extra cash or find useful things for the apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is very near to Liverpool One and Albert Dock. It has many shops in close proximity and is well connected to other parts of the city as Liverpool One Bus station is close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were quick to acknowledge and address the issue. They discussed the possible timelines and checked our availability. They provide sufficient notice for inspections.

The property has 3 building and common public space in between which is accessible to general public.
