Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Moved here to have easy access to public transport, it’s as good as it gets in Leeds. Most bus lines, train and coaches are within 15 minutes walk. You’re close to the busiest part of Leeds, yet get to enjoy a peaceful home. There is so much to do nearby that I rarely feel the need to go to other parts of the city. You can find local coffee shops, hobby stores, etc… and events to attend in house as well as close by. Sainsbury’s at the doorstep is very handy with larger supermarkets nearby when necessary. Anti-social behaviour is rare and quickly responded to thanks to day and night security on site and around the premises.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good communication, and Nyasha is quick to handle management related queries, so there’s no need to push for manager input from my end. Katy is always happy to have a chat when I catch her, so I’m confident I could contact her directly if needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Furniture on the terrace is long overdue, although it’s not a dealbreaker.

Great location, middle of city centre. Friendly helpful staff, I moved to Leeds from London and the staff were extremely accommodating and made me felt at home. :)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance requests were responded to and resolved quickly. Shoutout to Paul the MO, great guy:)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Cafe right at the bottom of the building. Great work from home space and delicious shortbreads! Recently opened so it’s very clean.

Area is great but there is no parking available nearby and bins dont get collected often enough. There is not enough parking in underground parking

Location is a little hidden which makes it perfect for a quiet location, there is a near by tram stop and there is a Tesco express and coop near by. There is parking onsite charged at £90 per month.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have a residents app for logging maintenance and you can track it until its resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is a near by scrap yard which during the week does make noise so I can imagine if you work from home this might be a issue.

Great location right in the middle of town and close by to everything you could need. Tesco opposite my building. Staff very friendly and helpful.
