Front desk and maintenance are exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional - Anat, Lilia and Jak in particular. Community activities are consistent and varied. The flats are well presented. Unfortunately lots of areas have not been finished; corridors and stairwells have not been decorated for example (even plastered in some cases). The gardens haven’t been maintained. This makes areas look shabby.

Preston Park is vibrant area with lots going on. A quick walk to the train station and into town, and easy to exit the city.

That the gym we were told was going to be in the lobby was not actually happening.

such an amazing apartment complex! andy and the team are always on hand to help with anything! they are also the kindest people you will find as your go to guys! they have free events for tenants every season (don’t quote me!) we just had a circus/ carnival event which was honestly so cute and creative! free freshly made hot dogs and free alcohol! there was also a cute easter event a couple months back too. they also offer free produce that they grow right here in reception :) i love the basil personally we’re coming to an end for our tenancy. the plan was 6 months… we’ve stayed for a year and 6 months here!! we’re so sad to leave but so happy we found this place

a regent retail complex a 10 minute walk away with a sainsburys, home bargains, tkmaxx and boots was definitely ideal

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Asap! and i mean as soon as possible! they are always so fast!

How much i would love it. we would have stayed here for the total of us staying in apartments if we had found this place sooner

The building is good - it is clear that a great deal of thought has been put into the public spaces. Some of the aspects of the rooms themselves seem to have had corners cut, however (shoddy paint jobs, for example, poor sound insulation in others). The shared space and meeting room is excellent. For the price we are paying, however, there seems to be a lack of equivalent facilities when compared to similar buildings in the area (no gym and unreliable internet being a standout) and relatively poor maintainance of the garden spaces, with some issues taking a long time to resolve. Front of house staff are excellent and helpful - Lilia and Anat in particular are stellar representatives for the building and are always a delight to chat to and go the extra mile to help! Maintainance from Jak is also excellent with a helpful attitude and no-nonsense approach to finding fixes. Building management however are elusive, not particularly responsive and can come across as aloof when issues are raised, even when multiple tenants express the same concerns or desires for more information.

The area is phenomenal - close access to supermarkets, public green space, cafes, bars, resturants and entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When problems are raised with front desk staff or through the app, they are resolved and communicated clearly. Other issues when brought directly to building management have been poorly handled - slow response times that can feel like stalling, or completely ignored in some cases.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have a better representation about key issues within the building, for example poor insulation in the flats and the unreliable internet - the latter has been a particular problem for me that would have made me reconsider had i known that regular outages would have been an issue.

We have lived in Wellesbourne for over a year and absolutely love it. The flat itself is spacious and designed well, the communal space is always clean and welcoming and the people who work here are great - always there to answer questions or help when needed. We have used property management and the response is always swift with any issue resolved quickly. There is also a great community within the building with events held to get people together.

Wellesbourne is in a great location - Preston park is directly opposite and it is only a short walk into Brighton Lanes, there is also smaller shops, cafes and delicatessens within a few minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we have - with swift response and resolution always.

That the park over the road is amazing to have on your doorstep
