Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the building is great. It is close to cornbrook and close enough to the city centre to walk into town and also walk to media city. The river and canal running along side the building is lovely. The parking is expensive but most places are in the city. Traffic pollution isn't much of a problem apart from trains and tram horns occasionally, the issue is the scrap yard across the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The current building manager is really responsive and does her all to get things sorted asap for you.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a virtual viewing when COVID was about, so I didn't realise just how loud and noticeable the scrap yard outside is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: shops nearby, retail park, trafford centre and trafford park close by, close to city centre but not too close (quieter area) Cons: Not much at all

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded to everything swiftly. always trying to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

wish i knew that there weren’t a lot of takeaways, restaurants nearby.

Great tram link for going into town or further out To other areas. The views onto the canals are really nice as well which you don't get from a lot of city centre locations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been really helpful whenever we've had any problems with the flat

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good: how well the building management team would respond to queries/concerns. Bad: where we're located traffic getting out onto the main roundabout at times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a tesco and co-op very close by (5 minute walk). If you have a car there is a lot of supermarkets that are about a 5 minute drive, Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburies. There is a retail centre about a 13 min walk away too. Bad aspects are maybe that there aren't a lot of takeaways, restaurants close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are always trying to help and double check everything for us,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't actually have anything I wish I knew. There are goose living in the area, which do make a bit of a mess on the footpath, but avoiding the mess is not that much of an inconvenience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to cornbrook tram stop so easy to travel to other parts of Manchester, still pretty central so not far to get into town, and big supermarket within walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good - quick to respond and fix things that haven't needed doing (but there hasn't been many)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent increase was suggested very quickly after moving in, but they were very open to discussion and have agreed something we're both happy with.
