Preston Park is vibrant area with lots going on. A quick walk to the train station and into town, and easy to exit the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

That the gym we were told was going to be in the lobby was not actually happening.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is phenomenal - close access to supermarkets, public green space, cafes, bars, resturants and entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When problems are raised with front desk staff or through the app, they are resolved and communicated clearly. Other issues when brought directly to building management have been poorly handled - slow response times that can feel like stalling, or completely ignored in some cases.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have a better representation about key issues within the building, for example poor insulation in the flats and the unreliable internet - the latter has been a particular problem for me that would have made me reconsider had i known that regular outages would have been an issue.

Super convenient location. Garage parking easy. Considering location, noise levels low. Easy living in great location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly & efficiently. Communication is always clear & prompt for unexpected matters.

No notes - building was described correctly, tour was thorough, all questions answered.

Wellesbourne is in a great location - Preston park is directly opposite and it is only a short walk into Brighton Lanes, there is also smaller shops, cafes and delicatessens within a few minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we have - with swift response and resolution always.

That the park over the road is amazing to have on your doorstep

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros- Great location for the park - beautiful trees- and for travelling out of brighton. No noise from local bars as there aren’t any in the immediate vicinity. 30 mins walk to the seafront. Very secure entry system with camera/ phone app. Cons- on a busy road which means traffic noise until about 10pm

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All requests have been dealt with , staff are generally on reception 24 7 and there’s an app for residents to report anything

I wish I’d known that my flat/ balcony wouldn’t get any sunlight…I would still have taken the flat for the great vista over the park but have had to adapt insofar as having shade tolerant plants
