Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's amazing living so close to Preston Park, I go there pretty much every day and have met a lot of people from the local area there. We are out of the hustle and bustle of central Brighton, so it's more peaceful. But it's still easy to get everywhere on foot or by bus. There are corner shops and supermarkets close by too
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most things are dealt with promptly, however there have been a few minor issues that have taken a long time to get fixed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The management team is generally very good – they are prompt, responsive, and helpful when dealing with any issues. However, I do wish I had known that the gym might not be completed, as it was initially advertised and played a big role in my decision to move here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, tucked away from town enough to be peaceful but a nice stroll into town/the lanes. Right opposite lovely Preston park. Close to Brighton; Preston park and London Road train stations. Ten min walk to a good size Sainsbury’s.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and friendly, haven’t had any big issues, maintenance issues were sorted quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s a shame we are a year in and a gym is still a question mark; would be great to have one. Though this never promised.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is almost perfect. There are a couple of bus stops nearby that can take you in both directions. You are just opposite the Preston Park which is amazing. Not too far away to walk from the train station. Plenty of small shops, cafes pubs and restaurants nearby mostly towards the London Road side. The only small downside is that the nearest large supermarket is a bit further away than ideal if you don't have a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have recently moved in so we haven't faced many issues yet but the building management was very efficient in assisting us with our move in process. They are also very friendly in our daily chats and always willing to answer our questions.

How great living right next to a park is. It feels amazing going out the front door and seeing all the green.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Brighton Preston Park is a great area to live in. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and fuel stations nearby, and public transport is very convenient with frequent buses just across the road. The street is peaceful with low traffic noise, no anti-social behaviour, and reliable bin collections. Parking is generally available, though council restrictions can make it a bit tricky. Overall, it’s a clean, safe, and pleasant place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I’ve raised any issues, the building management has been friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve them, which makes living here really worry-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that parking is £150 per month rather than per year, as that was a surprise. I’d also recommend taking part in the apartment’s social events—they’re a great way to meet neighbours and discover new interests you might enjoy.
