Excellent location, great for both rail and road with quick access to the trunk roads less than 5 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems raised yet. Not sure why this field is mandatory and you need 50 chars! Give the option for “no problems”

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mattress protective covers are a beast! Don’t leave removing these until just before bed as you’ll realise how much of a challenge they are

We absolutely love the location. Quite close to shops and restaurants. Just a walking distance to London Road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent and efficient service! We had some issue with the water pipes because it was leaking but they quickly acted on it .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we should have moved in earlier! It feels like living in a condo hotel.

There’s a bus walking distance from the development. Bars and restaurants are also walking distance ~5-10 minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good, left notes for the next staff. The staff was courteous and respectful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was a limited amount of time that we could use the parking bay to move. I wish this was disclosed immediately and I didn’t need to probe for this info . There should be a separate email to set up WiFi, it should not be in the same welcome email. This runs the risk of the recipient not paying attention to the email or reading at all later date when action is required.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to Brighton, parks, transport links etc. and also quick access to motorways etc. very commutable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not yet had any issues however the staff seem happy to help and reply quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had known to set up the wifi before we moved in. I know this was sent with the welcome pack however with work, moving etc. it’s easy to forget to fill out a form online in all the excitement.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the local amenities are good. Onsite parking is very secure, no issues. Any traffic noise is blocked out by decent double glazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall it’s been a good experience, I waited longer than I would have liked with some issues due to staff holidays which was a little disappointing.

Council tax banding, absolutely appreciate this isn’t a big deal in the grand schemes of things. But I’m still unsure:
