Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great for shops and restaurants. Great for transport - buses and trains. Trains can be a bit noisy as near a station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly. Jack had provided a good service and is very efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy the trains would be and shared workspaces aren’t great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am a Brightonian through and through having lived in Brighton for 26 years I have seen many changes take place in this city. A unique City that you know you are home cause true Brightonians are not Londoners we have Hippy hearts and all a little Eccentric and have our quirks. We actually say hello to strangers and are multi cultural and are open to all types. Rare breeds Good and lovely people. Cons parking is ridiculous in this city and will cost you a Kidney. Rent is also a nightmare having seen rents rise beyond local wages. London Prices but Brighton Wages. Apart from that super cool Good vibes and Good People. Wouldn't live anywhere else in the UK.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super quick and dealt with efficiently have a great reporting system for any issues you have

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had found this place sooner. You won't regret your stay here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's amazing living so close to Preston Park, I go there pretty much every day and have met a lot of people from the local area there. We are out of the hustle and bustle of central Brighton, so it's more peaceful. But it's still easy to get everywhere on foot or by bus. There are corner shops and supermarkets close by too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most things are dealt with promptly, however there have been a few minor issues that have taken a long time to get fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How amazing it is to live so close to Preston Park.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The management team is generally very good – they are prompt, responsive, and helpful when dealing with any issues. However, I do wish I had known that the gym might not be completed, as it was initially advertised and played a big role in my decision to move here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, tucked away from town enough to be peaceful but a nice stroll into town/the lanes. Right opposite lovely Preston park. Close to Brighton; Preston park and London Road train stations. Ten min walk to a good size Sainsbury’s.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and friendly, haven’t had any big issues, maintenance issues were sorted quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a shame we are a year in and a gym is still a question mark; would be great to have one. Though this never promised.
