Very good and no problems whatsoever ever. Very close to the shops and pubs social life is not far and at the same time no anti social behaviour

Turnaround time is really quick, it is easy to log the issues on the app and well taken care of

Not much . Haven’t actually viewed the house or surroundings when we moved in

Great location, in front of the park. Very quiet and easy to get to the centre. Nothing particular to report as the location is fitting me really well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always done its best to help residents, in my opinion.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to know more about the brand and energy efficiency of the appliances. The quality isn't very high for a building of this standing. The heaters are extremely bad and not power-efficient.

Area is great but there is no parking available nearby and bins dont get collected often enough. There is not enough parking in underground parking

It’s great that it’s right opposite the park and doesn’t take too long to walk to town. Is also quite near the station.

Building management always respond In a timely manner and sorted things out appropriately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish the water bills had been sorted out sooner and some guidance in organising council tax would have been good

Wellesbourne is very close to town where there's lots of shops and restaurants. Its proximity to fitness facilities (like yoga, personal training and sauna) is great. The park is right across the street which is perfect for a short walk in nature.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quite quickly to respond, within 1-2 days. So I have been very pleased with their response.

No gyms within a 5-10min walk distance! I wish there was a gym nearby honestly
