Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in a great location of Leeds with a 5 minute walk into town and I always feel safe around here, even as a women walking late at night. I don't have a car so having convenient access to the bus station and nearby bus stops, I can pretty much travel anywhere within a few minutes walk. The Sainsburys is super convenient also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems or enquiries have been responded to within good timing and with helpful advice/recommendations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rooftop hasn't had furniture on since moving in January and isn't supposed to be getting any until next summer which is slightly disappointing, but I am sure it will be worth it when it is finished.

Good access to all shops without being in the middle of town, good amenities like coffee shops and sainsburys for essentials

Any maintenance problems have been sorted instantly and to a good standard

I wish I had known the rooftop terrace wouldn’t be ready and furnished for summer

Everything outside your door step with the bus station just across the the road you can head anywhere in Leeds, with John Lewis being only minutes away you have shops and restaurant at your delight

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the are quick to respond, we noticed a light had gone and within a couple of hours it was fixed

Nothing the team was very helpful in letting us know everything before we moved

Good Fab location, could not ask for more. Facilities are also great (gym, co working spaces, kitchen area with free tea and coffee, big TV which is great for hosting and a Sainsbury’s downstairs). Staff are also amazing and the building has a real community feeling! Bad Maintenance could be a bit quicker. If you have an urgent issue, they are really efficient but little jobs take ages to sort - have to continually chase.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Urgent issues are addressed quickly but little enquiries (such as decoration) could be answered quicker. Tend to have to chase for a response.

MWME is located in a perfect area. Being just a five minute walk from the bottom of Leeds City Centre, the area is quiet enough so as to be left at peace, but close enough to the nightlife and transport links that you feel the central vibe. There’s a massive range of pubs, restaurants and open spaces all within a 10-15 minute walk of the buildings and shops around every corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been very quick to respond to any and all issues we have faced, arranging a time and sending someone to help as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Until I moved in, I had no idea what types of events were available for tenants of MWME. Only last night I attended a Kiehl’s skincare event, exclusive to tenants. There was alcohol provided and even the staff joined in on the fun! I look forward to many more events in the future.
