Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is very good, you don’t hear any noise from the apartments because it has triple glazed windows Boxpark is great to be near to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been very responsive with my issues. Maintenance team fixed a water issue that occurred and the front desk are extremely supportive especially Daniel.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management is really good here and I enjoy living here, especially with easy access to east croydon station.

The shops around the area are good, there is a tesco local and sainsburys local right by the apartments and there is also boxpark nearby for drinks, food and events. You dont hear any noise from the outside because the windows have triple glazing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues whilst I have been living here

great location and the trams at east croydon can take you to valley park where ikea and other good shops are

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s ideally located 2 min walk from East Croydon station and in walking distance to a lot of grocery shops like M&S, Sainsbury’s & Lidl. There’s also a Tesco Extra at the base of the North tower which is very handy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It often takes a few emails to contact management themselves.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heating is billed separately from the electricity and water. Not the end of the world but would have been nice if it was more clearly highlighted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a vibrant and welcoming area, which was exactly what I was looking for in a new home. I also love how close it is to great amenities and the town centre, making everyday life both convenient and enjoyable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded promptly to every issue I raised. There was a leak that led to some mould, and both were addressed quickly and professionally. I also experienced a problem with a pipe at a later stage, which was resolved promptly. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with how efficiently the management team has handled maintenance requests.

Nothing significant comes to mind. Overall, the move-in process and living experience have met my expectations.

The area is really good and I love the amenities and staff. East croydon is so good to use for transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems but if there are then the maintenance team are amazing

Nothing bad to say, some residents may say some bad things about the staff however this has not been true to my understanding. They are extremely helpful and they go out of their way a lot!
