Loads of good restaurants, grocery stores within 5 minutes of walk. It is very peaceful too amd Burham park is 10 minutes walk which is great for physical activity

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt but at times there are delays in addressing issues especially with respect to security concerns

Security concerns as there is no guard present which is big No

Very good convenience, bars, grocery shops all within reach. Lively area,paid parking is easily available , bin collection on time. Too much traffic most days, some scary people on roads as well. Gets worse on event days

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mixed response. They are quick in some cases and requires a lot of follow up in some

That lift breaks out very often and few issues take ages to resolve, property management needs to improve

It’s close to transport links and right near the busy high road filled with essential shops and food spots. However, the area is very dirty as littering is a big problem in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most times it takes very long to get a response and maintenance can take time to get called out to get someone to fix the issue. There’s constantly things going wrong in the building.

I wish I had known how dirty the street would get and how much the price was going to go up

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has many shops, restaurant and facilities nearby. Wembley central is adjacent to the building and other 2 tube stations are easy to approach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes it was quick and they resolved the issue in a systematic manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I find the flat warm and comfortable. The insulation in the building is very good which can save your energy charges.

The community built is good over here but there has been lot of issues related to lift, main door and few things in the flat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response but slow action. The engineers give late appointments

We knew as our friends used to stay here before and we used to visit them.
