Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I moved to West London three months ago, and the experience has been excellent so far. The area is clean, safe, and full of life, with a great mix of shops, cafés, gyms, and parks. What I appreciate most is how well connected it is—transport links are reliable and make commuting extremely easy. You can also see that the neighbourhood is developing quickly, with new buildings, modern facilities, and improved public spaces being added all the time. It feels like an area that’s constantly growing while still maintaining a friendly and welcoming community atmosphere. Overall, I’m really happy with the move and excited to see how the area continues to develop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To be honest, the building management has been very responsive. Riccardo and Jamelia have been especially helpful, and the concierge is always available to assist. I haven’t encountered any issues that weren’t addressed promptly, so overall, their support has been excellent

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how to use the heating system in the house and an estimate of the utility bills.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Next to Wembley Central station, lots of food options nearby, 20 min walk to London Designer outlet. Issues- cleanliness of nearby areas, right outside the apartment there are stairs to go up the high road but the challenge is you wold see people drinking there. In smells like Urine and its quite dirty. Even outside the apartment its quite dirty.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are helpful. The only issue is with the lifts and main door.

The cleanliness outside the apartment, broken lift and broken main door

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are plenty around this building, with the closest one being just 2 minutes away. The tube station is also in 2 mins walk. Love this location the most in terms of convenience and commute.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite immediately and provides next actions to resolve the issue as early as possible. The resident app is becoming convenient to raise issues instantly and be notified regarding the matter instantly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like that this apartment is not on the busy road, as this junction is quite busy always with police and ambulance sirens going on almost every 20 mins. The house is sound proof, but it's still bothers a bit. Overall, no surprises much, all as expected and promised.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport wise, the location is good. Outside area seems safe although people tend to vandalise the perimeter. Like in the broad daylight, some men would piss on the stairs leading to the main road. The shops around are very disappointing. Aside from no variety available, they make the area look cheap and crowded. Some shops put their stuff outside their spaces onto the pavement.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They respond to our issues before like lights and exhaust fan issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the area has no shops around it. Just all Indian shops mostly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to multiple transport links, however, the immediate area is rough, with people constantly urinating on the stairs, lifts not working for 6 months (to get access to Iceland/Tescos). Amazing views from our apartment make up for it though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have sent someone within a week and have managed to sort a few small issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had known more about the immediate area. Also coupd have shown us the extractor fan as we did not have it on for the first few months.
