Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall, Ten Degrees offers excellent convenience, amenities, green spaces and transport. Would definitely recommend. Chantel at the front desk also helped me with the move in process and it went so seamlessly
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been generally responsive and professional. Issues like maintenance requests or parcel handling are dealt with quickly, and the concierge team is helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Croydon does have a lot of character and feeling, it unfortunately swings wildly between safe and unsafe. Multiple restaurants, cinemas, gyms within 15 minutes is always a good sell. Transport links are additionally excellent. The building does feel extremely safe and a lot of people around the building smile or politely hold the elevator for you etc. That being said, the anti social behaviour around the building and town centre can get a bit crazy. Living where I live, sometimes the smell of marijuana can be smelt walking into the development or in the town centre. It's unsurprising, but still a little bit disappointing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I previously had a query on hanging things up using command strips and the building management team assisted with information very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Unfortunately, my main negative is about the heat. Even with the double, double doors- if the flat gets hot I find it difficult to cool the room down, in the height of summer if it's 33 outside then it's 31 degrees in the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The community party at Ten Degrees was absolutely incredible! The entire team should be incredibly proud it was truly a spectacular event that brought the whole Croydon community together in such a warm and welcoming way. The atmosphere in the garden was vibrant, filled with smiles, laughter, and a real sense of connection among residents. It was beautiful to see people from all parts of the building coming together, sharing drinks, conversations, and enjoying the evening. Every detail from the setup to the hospitality was thoughtfully done and made everyone feel included. Special thank you for the team work so hard Chantel , Funto, and Delphine
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very efficient and always prompt to help the only small problem at the moment is the bin disposal
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I I believe the issue has now been resolved. It seems that after the update, every resident can now access the Game Room and Sky Lounge freely. This change makes a big difference it’s much easier and more relaxed without the need to book in advance. I really appreciate this improvement and respect the decision. I’m genuinely happy with the new system!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area is good. Transport is very convenient, with buses and trains nearby, and everything is easily reachable within 15–20 minutes. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, and local shops around, which makes it easy to enjoy different food and services without going far. Open spaces and parks are also close by, which is great for relaxing or going on walks. Overall, it’s a pleasant and convenient place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and professional whenever any problems or issues have been raised. They handle requests promptly and communicate clearly about any ongoing work or updates. Taimoor, in particular, is always quick to help whether it’s a maintenance issue or a general question, he makes sure it’s taken care of efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the limited parking availability. However, I don’t mind it much as train travel is very convenient and reliable in this area, making it easy to get around without a car.

Love that it is so easily accessible to all the major stations in London. Pretty decent cafes that offer resident discounts which is also nice.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Within 48 hours and sorted all our problems out with no hestiation
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How loud it can get on some days but if you close the window or door it blocks all sound. The apartments do get quite hot as well but nothing a decent fan can't sort out, it is nice during winter as there is no need for heating.
