It’s real great to have all the necessary shops near by and all sorts of transportation such as trains and buses

Management was really nice and helpful they responded really fast and helped me a lot

Every thing was amazing and I wish to know the how the maintenance was

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's close to East Croydon Station so easy to travel in and out to London and Gatwick Airport. Not a great selection of supermarkets nearby, so you will need to rely on online deliveries.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not quickly or efficiently. I have raised issues about cleanliness and broken things (eg TVs in communal areas) and they don't get addressed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing in particular I wish I'd known before I moved in.

Dear Gabrielle, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for including your comments and feedback. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with regards to the building presentation and the service you have received from our management team. Our building is coming up to 5 years old and we understand that certain areas are now requiring updating and it is very much our intention to start work on improving areas such as communal hallways and amenity spaces. We are very keen to restore the building to the high standards our residents have become used to and we hope to start implementing plans in the coming months. We have had some staffing changes this year and have been working to integrate them into the wider team and community. Our onsite team remain available for supporting our residents either in person or online and we will always aim to make time for anyone requiring assistance however we accept that services can be improved and we will work hard to ensure we focus on this going forward. Excellent range of local amenities. Everything is right on your door step so it’s easy to enjoy your social time and be part of the local community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Incredible service by facilities management and Constantin is so helpful and will help you to rid the best solutions to any issues. Such a prompt and friendly service and clearly very knowledgeable about all maintenance issues.

Everything was well managed on arrival and perfect for us to move in.

Overall, Ten Degrees offers excellent convenience, amenities, green spaces and transport. Would definitely recommend. Chantel at the front desk also helped me with the move in process and it went so seamlessly
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been generally responsive and professional. Issues like maintenance requests or parcel handling are dealt with quickly, and the concierge team is helpful

Nothing. Everything has been wonderful so far. No complaints

In terms of pragmatism, the location is great. Only a few steps away from the train station. A couple of nice coffee shops locally but Croydon clearly needs investment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yep, I have had some questions and they are always promptly answered.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind. Obviously you need to view the area and the complex and that the decision on tradeoffs. Croydon needs investment.
