Proximity to central London (Victoria and London bridge), Sainsbury's and park. Unpleasant areas of Croydon can be easily avoided.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had plumbing issue which was quickly sorted by Constantin

Great ambliance, very warm during winter (never used heating)

Living in Ten Degrees has been a great experience. The area is well-connected, with East Croydon station just minutes away. There’s a good mix of shops, cafés, Boxpark, and green spaces nearby. Transport links are excellent, making commuting easy. Bin collections are reliable, and I’ve had no issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. While the high street can get a bit busy at times, overall the location offers a great balance of convenience and lifestyle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is highly responsive and professional. Taimoor, in particular, has been incredibly helpful—always quick to respond and proactive in resolving any concerns. His support has made day-to-day living hassle-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how involved and supportive the on-site team, especially Taimoor, would be—it would’ve made my decision to move in even easier. Also, the co-working spaces are more spacious and better equipped than I expected.

Shops, transport and Boxpark all adjacent to the property. Great tennis courts 5 mins away. Lovely walks and good access to tram to Beckenham place park

Quickly and efficiently. Always seeking to find a helpful solution

The area can be a bit rough but it’s super close to the station

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All good: any transport nearby; the Fern restaurant with delicious meal is downstairs and many other fast food spots or pubs; a couple of Sainsburys are close to our block, they are just express shops but fine. The Green park is in 5 minute walk with many dog owners to socialise our puppy.

Our issues were addressed fast and properly, cant compaint

Well, we d like to know in advance that Croydon is one of the most criminal area in the UK but i'm not sure this is something you as landlords or management company can ever handle :)

Everything is pretty good around here from transportation to restaurants and coffee shops. I like it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and they were solved immediately with in the week. From the day one we moved to till the date Delphine have been resolving all the concerns we had in the property very quickly. I appreciate her effort for being kind and patiently listening to our concerns. All other concierge team had been helpful as well. Thanks for making our stay smooth

Everything was transparent from the start. i wish to have a sit in balcony but after moving here i felt it’s not needed as we have a huge garden space downstairs
