Excellent management and very good facilities and location for renters who find it difficult to find rental properties in the private sector. The staff are wonderful, especially Daniel. The only downside is the incredibly high rental prices for both the flats and parking spaces. However, everything is excellent other than this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded adequately and promptly, no complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment furnishings are on the cheaper side - my flooring is already in need of replacement after only three years' of use.

All good, transport links extremely convenient and very easy to get into the city. No issues with noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes it always solved quickly and efficiently. No complaints

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like that the gym is quiet and never too busy, being high up it is always quiet in the evenings. The lifts are always fast and efficient.

The property is strategically located near East Croydon station. It has excellent communal areas i.e co-working space, winter garden, gym, sky lounge, yoga studio, etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven not raised any building issue, so I do not really know.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

nothing much. I am happy with all the facilities now.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great - it’s less than a 5 minute walk to East Croydon station which has frequent trains so super convenient. There is a box park just opposite the building and lots of restaurant and shops. Love it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes there is an application where requests are made. I needed an adjustment to my wardrobe and the maintenance guy on call came to my flat the very next morning.

Council tax in Croydon is particularly high so that was a bit of a shock.
