Extremely convenient to live right across from train station! Close to local shops therefore safe to walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is always someone at the lobby to answer any questions or concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew how loud the trains and tram would be. Especially at night, all doors and windows must be shut to keep all the noises out.

Its amazing, living here for 4 years everything is perfect. Everything is just at door step (Restaurant, grocery)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Constantin from maintenance team is amazing, he is superhelpful

Moved here early, maybe move in can be made easy as some of the things are not clear that you have to ask.

Convenient location across from the train station with a 15-minute ride into the city. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and public amenities on the high street, plus access to the tube and trams.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance requests are quickly resolved. I’m very pleased with the staff.

Croydon doesn’t feel the safest when it’s dark out. There are plenty of rowdy characters on the streets, but it’s nice to know there’s always 24/7 security and someone at the front desk watching out for the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a very positive experience. There’s a great range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance, offering a wide variety of options. Open spaces and parks nearby provide a lovely environment for relaxation and outdoor activities. Transport links are very convenient, with bus stops and train stations close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always responded quickly, professionally, and with great care. Any issues raised were addressed efficiently and communication was clear throughout the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how active and helpful the residents' community is here. It’s been a pleasant surprise, but knowing beforehand would have made moving in even more exciting. I would recommend new neighbours to get involved early — it really adds to the experience!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You have access to multiple restaurants and grocery stores, also it is really easy to visit big shops like IKEA from here, sometimes the security in the area is not the best but I never experience a bad moment since a move here

They sent help in the next couple of hours if is something importante, and the services staff is amazing

The council tax is really high, one of the highest in London
