The place is near the essential amenities like hospital post office job centre town center bus station. The place is safe and sound and also clean.parking is good .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very well there are no issues with them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tenancy agreement should have a 6 months option renew of otherwise

Cannock is great. There are lots of nice places to eat and you also have the designer village which is a bonus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been dealth with in a prompt manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you have a key for the property post box.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As I do drive everything is within great distance for me. Bin collection happens regularly which is very good but parking is a challenge when Royal Mail staff park in our parking lot every morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In the past yes they have but it usually takes a long time to get issues resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How terrible communication would be and how often they would change management . Feels like you interact with someone new every other month.

Great aspects - Local shops, gyms, shopping centre and restaurants. Bad aspects - Transport(it’s best to own a vehicle).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but it takes them weeks to do so or they try to challenge you on the issues that you are trying to report.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How the property management and maintenance would be horrible.
