The design of the building is very modern and clearly thought out. The roof terrace is a nice addition and will be welcomed in the summer months. Facilities could be better for the price paid on service charge, the concierge is not 24/7 (only Monday-Friday 9-5) and is not able to take delivery of any post/parcels. The building management have also failed to inform residents of a water issue that left the building without hot water for 24hrs. Other than that, any issues with the apartment have been dealt with relatively quickly. I would feel safer if each resident had a fob to access the building as opposed to a pin code (this can be easily given out).

Very good transport links into central London. 3 minute walk from Pudding Mill Lane DLR stop which is one stop to Stratford, here you are easily able to access overground and underground trains; including the Jubilee and Central Line (9 minutes to Liverpool Street Station). Lots of open spaces for dog owners, fitness enthusiasts as families to enjoy, including Victoria Park and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Traffic noise is not an issue due to the high quality build of the windows and external doors, the area is quiet with developments visibly ongoing. Tesco Extra is a ten minute walk and Stratford shopping centre likewise, offering an abundance of stores, both retail and hospitality.

I wish I had a breakdown of what the service charge covered.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have usually responded fairly quickly and adequately
Bathroom has some design choices that could be improved
Bathroom has some design choices that could be improved, i.e. the flushing mechanism. Shelving the bathroom is a bit lacking as well. The fitted wardrobes are really handy, but the rail is too close to the top panel… Lift alarms were ringing all day on the first day we moved in…

Transportation links are pretty good and near a big supermarket. Unfortunately no parking, really.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
After hour support is non existent to us. No idea who to contact in an emergency and not been told
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fairly well, Clixifix works reasonably reliably and helps organise the issues
Good designs and preinstalled goods throughout the property and development
Good designs and preinstalled goods throughout the property and development, building management are responsive to issues
Would be good if the bins were emptied more often as they are often already too full.
Also the only one of the lifts are in use when there are 2. Possibly to limit the damage to the lifts when moving in

Great location, within 2 minutes to DLR and 15 minutes to stratford westfield. Bus routes are good too and within close proximity to supermarkets

What neighbouring boroughs were like, so it would be easier to predict the commute
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The system used is online only, not great response time but when someone is dispitched its not bad
