Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is well located and away from any noisy traffic. There are loads of local restaurants, shops and pubs in the local area. There is a multi-storey pay and display car park right next to the building which is very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

my intercom was not working and Marlena went above and beyond to get it fixed

Everything was explained to me in detail prior to moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

People banging on windows, constant break ins and stolen property. Very unsafe and loud at night. Not to mention faulty security systems

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don’t they just ignore your complaints, then try to blame you

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That all my belongings would be ruined because of mold, that my property would be stolen, that my health would be at risk because of the faulty building standards and that I would be trapped there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area, very close to shops and transport. Often get groups of people outside being loud and looking in windows, but overall couldn’t fault location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very dismissive, just gives me excuses or tells me to do certain things to manage the problem instead of them actually correcting root causes.

That management would let it down so much and that there would be a mold issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Crime rate is relatively high and I've been a victim of 2+ crimes in the past 2 years right outside my property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With minimal effort - extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. Although mostly friendly and lovely, I've also experienced a few aggressive tenants ( one that has given me a serious verbal threat and I've reported to the police a few times - which they have said rightly so ) and Grainger has not taken any real action as much as they do have the ability to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extremely poor finishings inside and outside flat. Also if the lifts and concierge are a deciding factor, then that shouldn't be taken into account because they are basically pointless and not a 'full service'

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s super noisy, the windows are rubbish and let cold air through, there is minimal light that comes through into the flat, the management ignore or reply back to emails super late

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they reply back, in which case the issue is usually resolved, but other times I have had emails simply ignored

The noise that come from the seagulls and generally noise around the area
