Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice area, very close to shops and transport. Often get groups of people outside being loud and looking in windows, but overall couldn’t fault location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very dismissive, just gives me excuses or tells me to do certain things to manage the problem instead of them actually correcting root causes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That management would let it down so much and that there would be a mold issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Crime rate is relatively high and I've been a victim of 2+ crimes in the past 2 years right outside my property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With minimal effort - extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. Although mostly friendly and lovely, I've also experienced a few aggressive tenants ( one that has given me a serious verbal threat and I've reported to the police a few times - which they have said rightly so ) and Grainger has not taken any real action as much as they do have the ability to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extremely poor finishings inside and outside flat. Also if the lifts and concierge are a deciding factor, then that shouldn't be taken into account because they are basically pointless and not a 'full service'

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s super noisy, the windows are rubbish and let cold air through, there is minimal light that comes through into the flat, the management ignore or reply back to emails super late

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they reply back, in which case the issue is usually resolved, but other times I have had emails simply ignored

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise that come from the seagulls and generally noise around the area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of amenities, shops , cafes, restaurants and bars. Transport is very convenient. As we have markets and lots of shops around, unfortunately gets very dirty. Also there are a va lot of phone stilling around, drunks and people begging around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some times no response, every thing goes through a investigation and in the meantime problems are not resolved.. then same problem again, same story again. They tell you .. “is not our fault, “ or I don’t believe it” “ we will investigate”

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had always lived closed communities with Consierge and property management.. and that’s why I move here expecting same quality of communication. If I knew it will be like this I would not have chosen here.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Close to amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and professionally. Often had response within 24hrs.

I wish I had known about the regularity of the fire alarm going off.
