We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Concierge are SO helpful and polite, not once have I felt like they've given anything less than 110% to help me. They even fetched me a router whilst I was trying to sign up to broadband at about 9PM! The building itself is kept clean to a very high standard throughout. The apartments themselves are very spacious and well designed (network points with the plug sockets is a GREAT touch to help with wifi connectivity issues that might occur).

My building has an excellent design and architecture if you like the glass and steel type, which is what sold it to me. Along with the luxurious reception. I love hotels and this is the closest I’ve seen to living in a hotel. It’s pet friendly, which is also a plus for me. The staff at the reception and security are extremely helpful and polite. They even helped me get the sofa into the flat when the delivery driver wouldn’t, and they didn’t really have to. I’ll be forever grateful for that. On the downside, I’m shared ownership, and as such I don’t get access to the swimming pool and gym in the first floor. I knew this before purchasing, so it’s all fair. But it’s still frustrating, especially sharing the lift with someone in flip flops and swimming trucks heading to a place in the building you know is not available to you. Makes you feel second class. Same for the rooftop restaurant in the 56 floor. I bet it’s great. I live in the building and I might never see it.

It is amazing and modern residential building built with meticulous attention to details . In your apartment, you will have multiple floor to ceiling windows overlooking the dock giving fantastic panoramic view but it is shame you can’t enjoy the view ! It is disappointing to find out when you move in that the building doesn’t undergo professional cleaning of the external windows on regular biases (and for some apartments rooms ,mainly the shared ownership, they don’t get external window cleaning at all ) leaving your floor to ceiling windows with thick layer of dust and dirt which blocks the view outside and leave your apartment looks odd . It is also disappointing that you don’t always get a quick response from the management if you have issues at your apartment and you report them . For the facilities, as a shared ownership purchaser , you don’t get access to the building facilities such as the lounge on the 56th floor and the swimming pool .

Building is an iconic tower. Great exterior and lobby. Flag is amazingly designed too. The guest parking is nice. One bad thing is shared owners are not allowed to access gym, pool, observatory. This is silly. Don't make it so exclusive. At least give an opt in option in lieu for money. Or at least open the observatory/lounge.

The Quay Club, providing excellent facilities including gym, 20m swimming pool overlooking the South Dock, business lounge, screening room and private dining room as well as the stunning 56th floor bar and terrace, offering incredible views of the city skyline.
