I personally feel good living in this area, where you will see thousands of people coming on concert day. Nearby we have LDO, where you can find many shops. Also have supermarkets & restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient for daily needs. There are also 2 tube stations nearby, which makes transport very easy. Overall, I feel it is a very good area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge staff is not available in the building 24*7, so if we require any help outside those hours, we have to go to Luna.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that there are limited facilities and activities for children. Also, the concierge staff is not available in the building 24*7, so sometimes you need to go to Luna if you require any help.

The area itself feels really nice and safe, I love the community feel, there’s lots of great restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not well with the intercom system issues. I’ve followed up a few times and always get the same response “maintenance team is looking into it” this has been going on for months

Issues with the intercom system, fire alarm tests every week

Busy and crowded, a lot of events, but that’s also good and lively. I’ve just moved in so too soon to comment

I have just moved in but so far so good and I have no complains

I wish I had known how busy the area gets haha, but enjoying the change

Good: Location Amenities Flat size and utilities Bad: Customer service as I have an issue for two months now and not solved

Slow, i raised 3 requests regarding the intercom system is not working and raised multiple requests to fix that

I wish I'd know if my apartment comes with atv table

Solar offers great shops, Boxpark & Union Park nearby. Clean streets, quiet flats & easy Tube links (Jubilee/Met), though stadium crowds delay travel.

Very fast and responsive and helpful. App is great

Bathtub is kind of small, not enough hangers, and wardrobe does not have internal lights
