Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great accessibility into central London. Great amenities around in the area. Close to Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury and now and M&S is opening. (Something for all budgets!) Lovely community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always and quickly sorted things out or provided clarity and timelines when it is not instantly possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How expensive parking is if you decide to get a car!

Great Initial Impression Let Down by Neglected Amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local Amenities & Shopping: There is an excellent selection of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, along with the London Designer Outlet, which easily covers most day-to-day shopping needs. Parking & Street Availability: Street parking is virtually non-existent due to Wembley Park being a major event-driven area. Noise & Event Impact: Because of the frequent events at the stadium and arena, there are many nights where windows must remain completely shut to block out noise from event crowds marching to and from the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been great with responding to any issues I have raised about my apartment either via the app or via the reception team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that a massive construction site would be opposite the building meaning that there will always be construction noises throughout the day.

Exceptional Living at Solar

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Solar has been an exceptional experience from day one. The flat’s design is modern, bright, and practical, with plenty of natural light and excellent sound insulation that keeps ambient street and event noise out. The facilities are a standout feature. Having a dedicated co-working lounge on the ground floor makes working from home seamless, and the on-site gym is well-equipped for daily workouts. The outdoor areas are fantastic—the 1st-floor garden is a quiet, leafy retreat, while the rooftop terrace and BBQ area are perfect for hosting friends with great views over Wembley Park. Practical touches like bin chutes on every floor make daily life effortless. Building and property management have been equally impressive. The team is friendly and approachable, communal spaces are cleaned daily, and parcel handling is secure and reliable. Maintenance requests submitted via the resident app are resolved quickly, making the whole experience comfortable and hassle-free.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Doesn’t matter how big or small problems were they responded within 24hrs and took an action on it. Always up with solutions. I had issue of loose fixtures they came in very next day and solved the problem and fixed it really well felt like new again.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how good there events are I wouldn’t have missed any of those luckily I got a chance to experience one of them which was outstanding. Just one flaw my building doesn’t have parking space which causes issue for me.

Disappointing experience for a “premium” rental

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wembley Park itself is a very convenient and well-designed area to live in. There’s a good range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and plenty of open spaces around the stadium area for walks. Transport links are excellent with multiple stations nearby (Wembley Park, Wembley Stadium, Wembley Central) providing fast access to central London via the Jubilee, Metropolitan, Overground and National Rail. The area generally feels safe, clean and well-maintained. Traffic can be busy on event days, but day-to-day it’s manageable. Bin collections are regular and I didn’t experience any notable anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management generally acknowledged issues when raised, but responses were often delayed and resolution lacked urgency. Problems were repeatedly followed up through the resident app and with on-site staff, yet several issues persisted throughout most or all of the tenancy. While formal complaints were eventually reviewed, the approach felt largely administrative, with issues being noted rather than resolved, and no compensation or goodwill offered despite ongoing major disruptions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that some advertised building services were not fully operational at the time of move-in, despite appearing standard during viewings. I’d advise new residents to ask very specific questions about which amenities (intercom, parcel handling, concierge presence) are live and functioning day-to-day, rather than assuming they will be in place from the start. Furthermore, I’d have wanted to know if there were any issues with the development that remain unsolved.
