Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely cul de sac for young families. My children have made some friends and they are always out playing. Retail park with variety of shops and train station not so far. Train goes go main city centre. Bin collections are 50/60. Sometimes they don't pick it up n we aren't given any notice

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy and efficient. Problems have always been solved. I'm pleased

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known there was a water metre fitted in as we weren't told. It works out more expensive

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street itself is lovely but there's very little in the area, no good restaurants, bars and shops. There are a decent amount of supermarkets nearby but there's also a lot of traffic which sometimes makes it challenging. Bin collection is OK, could be better. No traffic noise really, except the railway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly quick and easy. We initially wanted a shower in the bathroom which was never sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we did more research on the area since it's not that safe and there's very little going on.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Friendly neighbours and good variety of local shops such as One Stop Shopping.The yearly free Ice-Cream Van is delightful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When asked to repair a broken fridge,the repair team came within a week and fixed the fridge.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighbourhood is very friendly,the children and adults frequently meet up and chat while the kids play in the ground.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street and locality is great. Have a private drive way, not too noisy and good neighbors. Trash pick up isn’t great, they don’t come some weeks and that’s annoying. There’s a local asda and shopping centre but otherwise not much walking distance attractions. However, the city centre is only a 15 min drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt, sometimes have been slow and taken weeks to fix a small thing but are always contactable and in the end the job is done.

It’s a great community, and has a great park right infront so that’s really handy.
