Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking facilities are great however the visitor parking is not convenient as it’s so far away from my home so a bit of a hassle. Other than that cannot complain.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems resolved fast. Had a lock which broke and even on a weekend the maintenance team were extremely helpful

That you can’t store furniture anywhere and replace with your own

A few local shops nice amount of open space and greenery . The parking is the worst thing I have ever seen , it almost seems like a scam

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When the dishwasher leaves it was repaired sighing 2 weeks which was handy

I would tell them how bad the parking really is and how it’s impossible to park near your home unless you want fines everyday . Soo many Haines have been built but only like 30 visitor parking it makes no sence and seems like a blatant con

To be honest the transport links are good in this area, and the fact we live close to the a13 provides good commuting links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have not responded at all, made several complaints and still nothing.

The zero deposit scheme. I did not realise this scheme would have to be purchased, but hen we moved in it was clear it was just going to be the rent and that’s it

there is a retail shop not too long a walk or bus ride down from the development. if you are like me and like your lidl shopping there’s a lidl near the station which is a 10 minute bus ride away. very family heavy area but not too noisy. only noise is open windows at night when cars are driving past.

we emailed with the problem and received a response not long after

i wish i had known the tv doesn’t come with the property lol!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are plenty of shops in the area including a retail park and supermarkets but not to many restuarants. Parking on the beam park estate is absolutly , alocated spaces for some houses but no rssidents bays or permit sceam, there are about 20 visitor bays for the whole esate that are always filled by residents using there 100 visitors hours so having friends visit is a long shot. Ive parked in the local streets and had my windows on my car smashed twice. The train stations are about a twenty minut to half hour walk away. Concidering its not exactly in the centre of town this problem needs to sorted . I wouldnt recomend moving there

When asked about solution to parking was told that there is no parking for the block you live in
