Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are several supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which makes daily life quite convenient. Open spaces and parks are also nearby, offering a relaxing environment. Transport links are generally reliable, with easy access to buses and trains, though they can get crowded during peak hours. My street is usually quiet, but parking can be limited and bins are sometimes left out longer than they should be. Fortunately, there’s not much anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management usually responds quickly to urgent issues like broken lifts or heating problems, but for less urgent matters, response times can vary. Overall, they are polite and helpful, though follow-up could be more consistent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that some communal facilities like the gym or laundry can get very busy during peak hours, especially in the evenings. Also, noise from hallway doors closing can sometimes be heard inside the flat. New tenants should check water pressure and heating when viewing. It’s also worth asking existing tenants about average utility costs and service response times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quiet although very close to central locations, only 5 minutes to China Town, Gay Quarter and 15 minutes to New Street. Can not say anything bad. Parking is great in the building but limited.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had some defects which is expected for a new build. Quick initially although waiting for contractors is a little longer which isn’t their fault and patience is key.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bishop street can get loud in the evening but verbally everything has been perfect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area around here is quite quiet. Since it's a new build, most of the apartments are not yet occupied, which contributes to the peacefulness. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Gay Village, where you can find stores like Tesco, and a 10-minute walk to the Bullring and New Street Station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have responded to a lot and bit was quick too
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can't think of any, to be honest, but I'll say I’d prefer to rent a unit on a different floor with a better view
