Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its a good living space but bad for its facilities. Thay charge alot for things like hot water. Literally too much that you get your budget disturbed
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. But there is no resolution, only enforcement of having mandatory third party facilities
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Hot water has seperate billing and i have to pay more than 200 pounds each month

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my area has a good balance of convenience and comfort. There’s a decent range of local shops, cafés and restaurants, with most daily necessities easy to find. Open spaces are well-maintained and offer pleasant spots for walking and relaxing. Public transport is generally reliable, with frequent buses and nearby train links, though services can get busy during peak hours. My street is usually quiet and friendly. Parking is available but can occasionally be tight in the evenings. Bin collections are consistent, and there’s very little anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise is minimal, although rush-hour traffic can create short periods of congestion. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded promptly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised, keeping me updated and resolving problems within a reasonable timeframe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is how noise levels can vary at different times of day. During viewings the building felt very quiet, but in practice there’s a bit more activity in the early mornings and evenings than I expected. It’s not disruptive, but it’s something worth being aware of. I’d also recommend new neighbours check where parcel deliveries are usually left, as it took me a little while to figure out the system. Overall, these are small points, but they would have been useful to know in advance.

My area has a good mix of local shops, cafés and open spaces, and transport links are generally reliable. My street is mostly quiet with regular bin collections, though parking can be a bit tight and there’s occasional traffic noise. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responded quickly and resolved the issue the very next day, which I really appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parcel management is too much of a travel from my building to the main.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s right in the city centre so very easily accessible. Can be a bit loud on weekends but where isn’t!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a flood shortly after moving in and I feel that could’ve been handled a lot better as because of moving flats twice, one being temporary the staff weren’t up to date on which flats were full and twice the flat was opened without our knowledge whilst we were in there.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The homebox provider they suggested to use for the bills is awful and is not a good way to do your bills! Look at reviews for it before using!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Sherlock Quarters in Digbeth has been a great mix of convenience and character. The area offers a growing range of independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, with plenty of creative and cultural spots nearby. Transport links are good, with bus routes and Moor Street Station within easy reach, though traffic can be busy at peak times. My street is generally calm, with decent bin collections and minimal anti-social behaviour. Parking can be limited, but overall the neighbourhood feels lively, friendly and well connected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building and the hosts have responded quickly to any issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how friendly and community-focused the building feels. People actually say hello, and the shared areas are much nicer to use than I expected. It would have been reassuring to know just how comfortable and welcoming the environment is
