A decent block of flats built a long time ago but still maintained well.

A decent block of flats built a long time ago but still maintained well. Most flats have new double glazed windows. The lifts are maintained. They flooded if there was heavy rain but now a drainpipe has been added beneath so that should fix the problem. Location wise, it is very convenient. It is close to the shops and station. All the things you possibly need is only at most 20 minutes walk away. Please tell us what you like and/or dislike about this location: Good range of shops and restaurants. Library too. Convenient to go into London as is very close to the station. Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in: The bin shutes can get clogged and it takes some time to go around all the flats to unblock them.
