Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a very pleasant safe family oriented neighbourhood. It's very clean.The roads are swept regularly and trash and recyclables are collected twice weekly. Walking distance to the town is approximately 25 mins. Less than 5 mins by car. There's a specialty farmers grocery shop right at the entrance of the development call Farndon Fields. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and fish and pastries as well as gardening items. There are also 5 large retail grocery shops nearby in town. Schools are close by as well. Glad I chose this area. I love it here!

I do wish there was more public transportation since I don't have a car, but there are always taxis available.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's a safe, comfortable, pleasant neighbourhood . It's modern.

Conveniently close to town for a stroll. Several pubs and highstreet shops. Público parks for children to play. Quiet and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any issues personally in the development but some that have risen have been dealt with quickly.

Small close community that seems to be friendly.

Fantastic access into town, local shops and pubs a short walk away, plus an award winning Farm shop! Very friendly community with no issues with anti social behaviour.

The garden and grass has been very hard to manage and maintain, as the ground is so clay filled, would have liked artificial grass!

More storage space throughout the property, better finish of carpets

Really lovely area with a community feel. Very close to the local farm shop and a 35 minute walk to the train station. We have parking around the back of our house which is very private.

There is a property management fee each month (or one off annual payment)

Only a small thing but it would’ve been nice to have one bathroom/toilet with a window.
