I dislike the fact that sometimes in the summer the area can get very noisy with a lot of disturbances. The rooms although are very spacious and I feel comfortable in them however I would make the bedroom bigger.

I would change only the dimensions of the bedroom as I think the bathroom is too big compared to bedroom.

I like the view from the balcony I have on the floor

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the dust indoors, it always reappears after an hour or so.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would change only the dimensions of the bedroom as I think the bathroom is too big compared to bedroom

I really enjoy the spaciousness outside around the property and the fact that the transport links are good, it is also near to the Excel and O2 arena for events however the noise from airplanes can be disturbing

I wish I knew before moving i that the airplane noise wouldbe so disturbing and frequent

I really like that its by the river and that theres a Tesco literally next door. The area can get a bit rowdy at night but that can be said for anywhere in London really. The planes can be a bit loud but we’re used to it.

The best feature is the front entrance.

Its very easy to get to anywhere in London with the nearby station.

I wish Id known theres private security in the area, but thats not a complaint.

The best feature is the front entrance, it keeps all the unpleasant people out.

Inside is like a continues building site. Dust everywhere, once you clean it comes back in an hour. There also pilons sticking outside ruining the view. The biggest factor is the management are rubbish, residents are coming together to oust them cause they’re so rubbish. They don’t clean windows or maintain lifts.

Spacious enough for 2 people.
This flat was exactly the same, price as in kings cross in 2006 and is worth less now.

Initially I liked the waterfront and its proximaty to central London.

One thing I wished I knew is the building management. The areas generally ok.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious enough for 2 people.
This flat was exactly the same,e price as in kings cross in 2006 and is worth less now.

The sound from the airport can sometimes be disturbing although it is not too frequent. The rooms are ideally proportional and almost new so no fixing is needed. The view from the room over London also makes it aesthetically appealing

The best feature of the home is that it is close to central London and a station for commuting.

My overall impression is positive, even though the prices are high, I am happy with the room sizes and the air conditioning of the rooms. The property is close to a station so it is easy to commute to work.

The building management has responded great with my queries as I needed a fix on door lock and that has been done quickly.

I wish I knew before that there will be a lot of noise from airplanes as the airport is nearby and the flights over frequently

Easy access to central london, close to the station and very nice area for the kids. Sometimes at night it can be a bit dodgy with people fighting or selling drugs. Also the planes can be annoying but are tolerable.

We haven’t raised any issues, apart from weirdos at night but theres always EXCEL security about.
