We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design of the building is modern. The facilities within the building is all kept clean. The building management is well managed. The Property management is also good. No issues with hot and cold water, no issues with heating. Excellent fast fibre optic Internet. The outside communal areas could do with a bit of a deep clean.

Security and maintenance needs to be better. The building door keeps breaking. Area is good with the park and the big garden space. Parking is bad apart from the disability parking. No chance to get a permit, you have to pay for a private space in the area. Shops are close by which is good, plus the gym and swimming pool are not far in Stepney Green.

There is good area around the property with a lot of restaurants and parks for the children to play at. The area is generally safe here and the room sizes are of perfect dimensions. I am very happy here

My experience here has been a difficult one, the delivery timetable has been awful we moved in a year later, there are barely any shops that sell alcohol around here which is really inconvenient for me

I really like the flats, I live with my parents at the moment and it's good but the flats are quite prone to damage and leaking and the landlord takes ages to get anything fixed. There are a lot of restaraunts around.
