It is a peaceful environment with great access to buses . Also schools and medical Center . No issue

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been prompt and professional in addressing any issues raised, responding quickly and ensuring problems are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how lively the community can be — there are often social gatherings and friendly neighbors who make the place feel very welcoming. It’s a great surprise, but definitely something I didn’t expect from just a viewing. It adds a real sense of community and belonging.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like that is a quiet area with only families around. The only bad thing was that my bike was stolen in front of my house, but it was unlocked to be honest.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a portal online, we use, and it is an effective way to communicate and track the repair requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No Window Shutters are installed to any window and I need to buy shutters and hire some one to install them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are just a two minute walk away very quiet and good estate to live on overall. School os just two minutes away alongside a very big playing field.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Qw have raised a couple of the locks being broke. From wear and tear and this has been attended to stroght away can't fault anything.

I don't really have anything to say about this question as everything is exactly as we where told before we moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Likes: Very quiet area, away from the main road. Various shopping and amenities nearby, close to motorway, supermarkets and shopping centres. Clean and modern housing. Built in kitchen and bedroom wardrobes which are ideal. Dislikes: Several cars parked on the roads including on most corners making it very difficult to drive through the estate. People drive too fast and impossible to see what's coming so quite often have to brake harshly to avoid crashing. A one way system would be ideal to avoid this issue. No train station nearby. Quality of garden soil is poor, mainly rubble. Price of rent - Started at £625p/m then increased to £640 for only a 2 bed property.

Drive very slowly through the estate as there are cars parked on every corner, we have been close to crashing on several occasions due to people going too fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Larger living area as we are unable to fit our second sofa in so have to keep it upstairs.

We like this area is clean and the neighbourhood is so beautiful and so quiet, friendly neighbors. Currently we don't have anything that We dislike so far.

I wished I knew this area before so I could have the chance to have moved earlier.

We don't think is anything that we want to change about our property so far.
