It’s in the city center so it is very convenient and close to many coffee shops and restaurants. 15 minutes away from the mall,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine wasn’t working so I reported it and they resolved it within 2 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Apartments on the lower floors tend to experience loud noises from the ambulances because the hospital is behind us.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living around Q Three Residence in Leeds is very convenient. The location is central, with lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Trinity Leeds and other shopping centres are nearby. Public transport is excellent, with frequent buses and Leeds train station just a short walk away. The area feels lively but safe. Bin collections are regular and there are no major issues with anti-social behaviour. Traffic can be busy at times, but it's expected in a city centre location. Parking is limited, but not really needed thanks to the excellent transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the building management has been very quick and helpful in solving any problems, always responding professionally and making sure everything is fixed without long delays

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving into Q Three Residence is that during peak hours, the lifts can get quite busy, so sometimes you need to wait a little longer. It’s not a big issue, but it's helpful to plan ahead when you're in a rush

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great central location . Close to everything . Has everything you need in your flat . Bin shoot on every floor is a bonus . However living opposite a hospital and a night club . It can be quite loud . And there’s no draws in the kitchen .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They came and turned the water on when that went out . However when I first moved in the flat wasn’t very clean. Blood on the floors etc.. and they couldn’t get me a cleaner for another few days . Also have complained about stain on my chair which I was poor used would be cleaned but they never did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there’s no kitchen draws or space for bottles like vodka as they’re too tall. Also the bed is 3/4 not a double .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its really nice, the closest supermarket is 10 mins away also restaurants and city center. The street is safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

you need to really chase them to get something done!

Nothing, its a really good accommodation and it has nothing negative.

It’s slightly 5 min far from city centre and no bus stops next to my apartments. But otherwise it’s all good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have come to look into it but no resolution. It’s almost an year I am stuck with a broken Tv

I like the location so that’s good. The facilities are good too so no complaining as such. Room sizes again like I said are tiny compared to the price I am paying
