Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s slightly 5 min far from city centre and no bus stops next to my apartments. But otherwise it’s all good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have come to look into it but no resolution. It’s almost an year I am stuck with a broken Tv

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like the location so that’s good. The facilities are good too so no complaining as such. Room sizes again like I said are tiny compared to the price I am paying

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located in a great location for the city centre. It is by itself which can be good for quiet living. Parking availability is one downside food deliveries and deliverieis in general cannot park up as it is awkward.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they have been slow and i have had to contact multiple times to get a serious answer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking situation would have been good to know.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very central, therefore you can get anywhere into town in no time. Supermarkets and shops are very close by so you can walk anywhere. The train station is also very close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I never had big problems to be fair. The only thing maintenance jobs can take quite a while to be done if they’re rated as non urgent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe that the flat had just one window. I always need to keep the lights on even during a sunny day. When I got the video of the flat it had 2 windows. P.S. I was told that it was just a video and the actual flat could have been slightly different from the one shown in the video.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As a student, the building is positioned very close to University and that is a great advantage. Despite being a quite noisy area, the fact that stores and bus stations are so close is absolutely great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They repond very fast to maintenance issues, in a very professional way. You don't feel ignored at all and want to act as fast as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how noisy the place actually is, especially being right near the main police station and a hospital.
