As a student, the building is positioned very close to University and that is a great advantage. Despite being a quite noisy area, the fact that stores and bus stations are so close is absolutely great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They repond very fast to maintenance issues, in a very professional way. You don't feel ignored at all and want to act as fast as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how noisy the place actually is, especially being right near the main police station and a hospital.

Shops & restaurants everywhere in sight, makes it super easy to grab food, groceries or anything else you may need. Not much parking but as a non-driver it doesn't bother me. Sometimes you'll hear drunk people leaving the club on a weekend but apart from that it's fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I've had issues I report them via the maintenance hub and they have responded quickly & efficiently. Only issue is the wifi did go down for about 3 days at one point but since had no issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The concierge could be a little more present, feels like 9/10 the concierge is nowhere to be seen.

Extremely noisy. Especially at night as it is next door to the O2 academy and other clubs. Close to uni and shops and train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Basically just denial that anything is wrong. Tell me the same things over and over.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the hot water doesn’t work :) and they are not willing to fix it

It is a great place to live with lovely parks, a good mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Public transport is reliable and getting around is easy. Parking is a bit tight at times and it can get noisy on weekends but it is mostly peaceful and tidy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been polite and professional, and response times to maintenance issues has been quite quick at times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how limited the parking spaces were and high charges
