Considering how close to town the location is very peaceful. The building is perfectly located to the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management respond very quickly to any issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how hot it would be in the summer! The apartments facing the river get the sun all afternoon which is great in the winter but it gets hot in the summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the shops with walking distance from town centre and only 10 minutes walk away from James street station. Parking available in flats

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been great with helping with concerns such as lifts breakdown

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The docks are slightly windier than would be expected so finding the commute can be harder.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I would avoid this area if you have children, as it is extremely windy most of the year and no greenery

Not many issues were raised but were solved quickly

Parking is far and it is too windy most of the year

Close to city centre by the docks - very close to lovely restaurants and bars. The building also had a lovely brunch restaurant at the bottom of the building. Good parking, very little noise from parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded in a timely manner and rectified any issues.

Great location and place to live for a young professional in Liverpool.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to local amenities, shops and bars but slightly out of the way so not to be disturbed of an evening. Car parking is an issue but close to Moorfields Station Bin collections are extremely noisy and next door share a bin area which is really annoying as they bring their bins out late at night Light traffic and lovely walking views at the front over the docks and river

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always tried to be as helpful as possible however they could sometimes deal with issues quicker but I understand this is not always their fault.

I wish I had chosen a bigger apartment as space is limited
