    The building has a very good design and nice facilities. Lovely balcony overlooking the water front. Good layout of the apartments with effective use of space. Little noise heard from other apartments - good sound proofing. Good management and helpful concierge and caretaker.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Close to city centre by the docks - very close to lovely restaurants and bars. The building also had a lovely brunch restaurant at the bottom of the building. Good parking, very little noise from parking.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded in a timely manner and rectified any issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Great location and place to live for a young professional in Liverpool.

    Development is fine,interior of the apartments could be better, for example having a hall and adding more kitchen cupboards Rest of the building is layed out well, with a coffee shop and residents lounge downstairs Would be better with a gym and more parking Building management could be better at times as the lift constantly breaks and it can take time to be fixed but generally everyone is very helpful

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Close to local amenities, shops and bars but slightly out of the way so not to be disturbed of an evening. Car parking is an issue but close to Moorfields Station Bin collections are extremely noisy and next door share a bin area which is really annoying as they bring their bins out late at night Light traffic and lovely walking views at the front over the docks and river

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have always tried to be as helpful as possible however they could sometimes deal with issues quicker but I understand this is not always their fault.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had chosen a bigger apartment as space is limited

    Great building management, very secure and safe. Staff anre always able to help with any issues and very quick to respond to any communications. The building is very well managed and staff are fantastic to deal with, always on hand to take care of any issues.

    Very quiet neighbourhood and good neighbours, good Sainsbury’s local opened nearby and multi story car park nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management always very quick to respond to any issues.

    Apartment is very hot in the summer due to the sun.

    The building is designed well and maintained very well, the public areas are clean and in good condition. The lift does break semi-regularly but that is probably out of managements hands. The bins are kept well and cleaned regularly. The concierge team are very friendly and helpful.

    Good location, which is relatively close to the city without being too close that it avoids the noisier parts of the city. Local shops and restaurants are good, with the area up and coming. Negative would be living next to the construction of a high rise building.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes - the Concierge responds quickly to any issues raised.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It would have been good to know that the high rise building construction would commence a lot sooner than we were initially told.

    Building is kept in good condition and always feel like there is someone who can help with any queries. Contractors who come to fix things inside the apartment are often very quick and do a poor/messy job which needs further work. Elevators break quite a lot and can take a while before being fixed

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Good range of bars pubs and restaurants nearby, but would like to see more specificallly around princes dock as most as 10 + mins walk. Parking situation is a nightmare, nowhere near enough on street parking considering how much unused space there is around princes dock.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have always handled them quickly, however I don’t think repairs have been the best and they could do something to ensure contractors are doing a better job

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Wish I had more insight into the parking situation. Also address can be difficult for some takeaway delivery drivers to find for some reason
