Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very short walk into town but not right in the city centre which is nice. Great parking (underground secure) and lots of street parking for guests if needed. Only negative is its opposite a building site which can sometimes be a bit noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had to raise one service request since living here. It was inspected within an hour and the next day a plumber came and fixed the problem very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes noise from the building works next door but not a huge issue. Would depend how loud based on where your flat faces

Been living here for almost two years now. Ideal location for professionals. Walking distance to the centre and very close to motorway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond and helpful. Good team at reception.

Nothing i can think of. Everything has been good so far.

Fantastic apartment block situated a stone throw distance away from Leeds city centre. Super close to all the major modes of transport (train, bus, etc and having moved here from South Africa, it has been the best block to choose from in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is extremely responsive in resolving queries that we may have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking parking parking- a tricky and expensive one navigate if you do not book underground (also very limited space)

The local area has a good mix of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. You’ll find everything from convenience stores to independent eateries and well-loved chain options, so day-to-day needs and socialising are both well catered for. There are plenty of open spaces and parks close by, which make walking, jogging, or relaxing outside very easy — a real bonus in an urban area. Transport links are convenient, with regular buses and trams nearby and good access to major roads. On busy days services can be crowded, but overall they’re reliable and make getting around straightforward.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes generally in good time and helpful in general it’s been great

Not much really it dos what it says on the tin lol . It’s been great

Nearby convenience shops. Nearby train station. Nearby bars and restaurants. In the very immediate area there is only other flats and offices but good stuff is only 5 mins walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly, and sort the issue out within 1 or 2 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven’t learnt anything I didn’t know since moving in.
