Good aspects of living here is the community we have built. Bad aspects are still the crime rate being high around here.

I wish I knew the area more. The crime rate was high

The kitchen is the best feature of the house, spacious

Great location, good design, but poor management company.

Service management company and split of the fees (to be done based on sq feet owned and not number of flats in the development)

There's an excellent park opposite the development with a lovely community cafe. In terms of the weekly food shop, there's an affordable supermarket close by, Lidl. There are many bus stops around and the DLR is a short walk away. However, it would be nice to live closer to a tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't raised any issues with building management.

Parking for contractors such as repairmen is non-existent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Poplar is an area of London that is being rapidly redeveloped, with a large number of new residential buildings having been built in the last few years. Local businesses are still catching up with the changing nature of the area. Bartlett Park just opposite the development has had a major refurbishment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Snagging issues were dealt with quickly and a minimum of fuss.

The energy costs were unclear. They have come down recently and the buildings are well insulated

Not a lot. Site needs some improvements and things are progressing in the right direction
