Safe quite building in great location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to bus stops and in 15- 20 mins walk from several underground station. About 20 mins walk to a large supermarket but there are small ones within 5. A lot of bars/ pubs close by. Vegan take out delivery options limited though!
