Really lovely, spacious, well-built flat in a beautiful area, friendly neighbours and lots to do. Incredible views from our balcony and the fab roof terrace. Lovely community with arts festivals and good pubs.
Great apartment in excellent area
Have lived here for the last 3 years. Have seen the area change a lot (for the better). Slade Gardens has become a fantastic park – outside gym is great and the swings etc used by the little one. The Crown & Anchor and the New Grosvenor pub have become firm favourites amongst friends. The walk to the tube is a breeze through the beautiful crescent. The building itself is well built (works to change the cladding are ongoing, but should be finished reasonably soon). The apartment is a great size, perfect for a small family, with 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. All the modcons (2 ovens, Siemens appliances). The balcony is a highlight – amazing uninterrupted views over the park and Londons landmarks confirms how central you are. Stockwell much maligned in the past but we continue to find it a wonderful place to live.

Great pubs, and parks. Super central.
Great area
The building and area are all well connected and not far away. Everything is close around. The building is close to a park. The interiors are okay. Lots of neighbours are friendly and people are very welcoming here.

Full of energy, no dull day, lots to do, places to drink. Near Clapham and Stockholm and we’ll connected to Victoria and Northern line.

Wish it had a gym or better parking facilities. It needs air-conditioning in the hallways.
Excellent
Apartment is lovely, great amount of space, light and feel to the apartment which I like, the apartment is beautifully spaced out and honestly a joy to live in. Due to Grenfell the developers are working with cladding and it’s taking so time to repair so there’s scaffolding on my balcony which is annoying. But that’s the only complaint I have

Bad insulation
There are working on some cladding repairs and there is some scaffolding. The interior is nice but the insulation is bad in the property. The noise is bad and there is not much privacy when sharing with people.

Excellent I love it
The apartment is beautifully done, problem with soundproof and had to do it ourselves. Apartment is amazing, all open plan and exceptionally designed. And the building management are mostlying good with fixing minor problems.

The area is very nice, up and coming, there’s a park closeby which I like and and a 5 minutes walk to the station which is grateful. Also great bus service.

it’s a studio but it still feel spacious
It’s not so big, as it’s a studio but it still feel spaciouspacious as there is a lot of light, due to the large window.
Neighbours are quite friendly. Conseirge has limitations but there are 24 hours.

Extra charges were placed quite suddenly, which the agency didn’t tell us about. Charges include also gas and electric outside of the utilities and house bills
