Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I would say the best part about living in this area is the overall convenience and is actually the reason why I decided to move here. As someone who works in the city centre its made getting into work so much easier and has saved me tons of money as im spending no money on transport and can actually go home on break at work. I also love how theres a convenience store literally on the corner of the apartment as it saves me having to travel far to do groceries. It also helps that is closes at a reasonable time too. In terms of negatives the only one I can really think of is the noise from outside whenever you open the windows. It can be a little distracting when im trying to watch something.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have responded to everything I've needed them to in a timely manner and the maintenance guy ben has been the best help I could ask for. From helping me move in to basically helping put up yhe majority of the things in my apartment he's been great and never turns down the opportunity to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If adulting in general has taught me anything its that good quality furniture is not cheap and as a 1st time renter if you get the option to go furnished id suggest doing so. If there's any advice id give its when you move in be sure to find out the day for bin collection so you never miss it

It is close to the city center, so it gives easy access to shops, restaurants and gym. It also close to the New street station so it was easy to commute there when needed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication is easy with them, through the app, emails or talking directly to them. Issues are often resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building location is in a lively central area so I would recommend it for someone who enjoys that, rather than quieter spaces.

Great central location in the centre of town! Very close to bullring and grocery stores as well as the Train and tramline.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Put through your issues on the app and within 1 day or so the problem raised is typically dealt with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the bins to take out your garbage were at the back of the building. It would be easier if there were closer bins

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of places to drink. Close to Victoria Square, Town hall and Symphony hall. Close to new street station and lots of bus routes, too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management respond promptly, and are easy to contact.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You only get one key for the mailbox. Look for where the bin area is before you take the bins down- my first time I was walking around for a while with my bin bag.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient for city-centre living, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping all within a short walk, plus good access to New Street, tram stops and bus links. Open space is reasonable for a central location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely well .Mo is very helpful. I enjoy living here it’s comfortable, well located, and easy to manage day to day.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything major that caught me out after moving in. It’s been a good place to live overall and pretty much what I expected. The main thing I’d say to a new neighbour is that city-centre living naturally comes with a bit more background noise and activity than a quieter residential area, but the convenience of having everything nearby really makes up for it. Other than that, it’s been a comfortable and straightforward place to live, and I haven’t had any major issues beyond the furniture being a little basic in the room.
