Shops on the same street, train within 5 minute walking distance, car park on site and less than 10 minute walk to access the main city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great- no concerns have ever been raised as nothing has been at fault.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i was lucky in that I new people living here and were able to recommend the building

Nice to be in town but still a quieter part with not as much crazy stuff going outside, shop just a couple of doors down which is convinient, easy to drive in and out of town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quickly and easily never had any issues at all

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The car park being so tight (I think myself and a lot of people have scratched there car when entering when first moving in) . The outdoor space never catching the sun.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has a great location, close to grocerie shops and restaurants. There is train station only a 4min away. Nice and quite area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I had any questions or maintenence requested they were excellent

Very friendly during the viewing and they showed all of the communal areas

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Metro station less then 3 minutes away, short walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to major transport and city centre. Essentials available one block over. Outside of pub zone so no antisocial behavior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Timely and thoroughly. I appreciate the priority request system and the ability to schedule work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Liverpool is windy! This is a secure building complex. It never feels crowded - hardly see anyone coming and going.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in great proximity to town centre being on a short walk away to all the shops, restaurants and bars. However, whilst it is good the only problem is there is a YMCA towards the back of the building therefore at night it can feel unsafe at times however management have been very supportive with any concerns and the security helps us feel safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded with great communication and fixed any problems with urgency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Perhaps the location being so close to the YMCA as this can impact on leaving the building. Also there is parking available behind the building as there is no space in the pall mall one.
