Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Pall Mall Press has been a good overall experience, especially because of its convenient location. There are shops, restaurants and places to eat nearby, making it easy to manage daily needs without travelling too far. The transport links are also useful for getting around Liverpool and reaching the city centre. The local area has a nice mix of city life and places to spend time outside. Like any city centre location, there can occasionally be some traffic noise and busy periods, but overall, the convenience makes up for it. There is always room for improvement in areas such as cleanliness and general maintenance, but overall, Pall Mall Press is a practical place to live for students and young professionals.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been an important point of contact for residents. Clear communication, timely responses and regular updates help make it easier to resolve any issues. Overall, maintaining good communication and addressing maintenance concerns promptly would make the living experience even better.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the full range of facilities, the maintenance request process and how quickly issues are usually resolved before moving in. It would also have been helpful to know more about the day-to-day living experience, including noise levels and any additional costs, so I could plan ahead and settle in more easily.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All shops and accessibility is good, but what we see an issue is unfortunately homeless people increased a lot around the facility. they sleep or shout out loud or drink whatever around the building and this is a bit not secure for us. Except that location is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very quickly for technical issues whenever reported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good to know the homeless or drunk people living around the building which we did not know before moving in. Otherwise all good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how central the location is, it’s very convenient for work, shopping, pubs etc. Considering that we are city centre, the noise isn’t too bad, it’s very rare that I hear anything

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have raised any maintenance issues, it has been seen to promptly with great communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would maybe have chosen a flat that has a little garden in the courtyard. I didn’t know these existed until I moved in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location itself is great! Not loud in fact the building is close to the main road. Big variety of bars, coffee shops and restaurants very close to the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very prompt and helpful. Nothing else to say.

The customer service and very quick process from the viewing to the key pick up stage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, 3 minute walk to moorfields station and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One shopping centre. Local shop just outside and the area surrounding the apartment is relatively quiet day-to-day. Parking is the only downside, although I think that is the case across Liverpool city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always helpful if we have any questions or issues. Not faced many since being here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known more about how tough it is to find parking in the area, especially affordable parking. I also would have liked to have know there is no shoot for the bins.
