We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

My flat is pretty modern, has enough space for me which is good. The parking is great because its underground so its secure. I like being near the river but this area isn't very well connected transport wise.

The apartment itself is spacious and modern. I like how bright it is as it has rather large windows with a nice view of the river. We have a concierge service that is very useful, especially when getting deliveries while I’m at work.

My flat is big enough for me, its kind of modern and nei g ny the river is really nice. I know we have a gym here but I don't use it. There is a garden around the back, I don't use it but it looks nice, well kept.

The flat is nice as it is on the water. And it is nice to exercise on the promenade. Lots of flats also have river views which is nice. There is a concierge 7 days a week but not 24 hours, they leave at around 8PM. There is a gym which is nice. There is underground parking which is nice. The biggest issue is the commuting links are not great as the bus takes a very long time and the station is far away to walk.

Nice place to live. Helpful concierges. Helipad nearby which can be noisy! Good having parking is in central London. There is also a gym which is handy although a bit dated. Not very neighbourly as generally don’t see any other tenants.
