Stratford isn't the most fancy place in London, but it's well connected, has a lot of services around (Westfield shopping center, old shopping center, ...) with grocery stores, clothing shops, restaurant/fast foods and a cinema. Street parking is unfortunately limited, but the development has an internal parking that can be used by residents, for a monthly fee or occasionally for free. Traffic noise is limited, and almost imperceptible, for flats facing the garden (not sure about the flats facing the street). All in all, the double glazed windows help.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always promptly responded to any queries or issues I raised. The concierge is always available (7 days a week, even at night) to assist.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My one bedroom flat (on the garden side) was designed with its bedroom right next to my neighbor's living room, which meant that their TV or bass-heavy music could be very distinctively heard if loud enough. All in all, this is nothing a polite discussion between neighbors can't fix, but this may be something to take into account when choosing to live in the flat I lived in. The flat can also get pretty hot, especially during the summer season. However, on the bright side, heating is cheap in winter!

The Olympic park is a short walk away which is lovely to walk around in the mornings, there’s numerous bars and cafes in the local area. Westfield is only 10 minute walk away which has everything you need.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes any issues have always been managed promptly and communication has always been given.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can’t think of anything that I had wished I had known. When I came to visit Tamas was incredibly helpful, he showed me around the building and sat down with me to answer every question I had. Tamas also allowed me to view different apartments to make comparisons and help me to make a decision about what was best for my needs. He was extremely patient so I knew everything to make an informed decision prior to moving in.

Living at One Eighty means you're close to everything – great food, easy transport, and plenty of amenities. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Stratford and London. Amazing places at Westfield.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very promptly and efficiently. We had an issue with our shower and the vent in the kitchen. The issue was dealt with promptly.

The trash compartment being in the parking is great. Would have liked better soundproofing within the house, but the double glazing is brilliant. Love the views and the calm during the day.

The building is close to decent transport links, but does not have any pleasant cafes, restaurants or shops very nearby. Aside from that, there are not really any positives to living in the building. Rents go up on average by about £400 a month every year.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They refuse to fix them due to unwillingness to pay out for repairs, upgrades etc.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How poorly run the building is. It’s really bad and I feel quite guilty when I see new people moving in as you know they have no idea what they’ve just signed up for.

Area good for professionals and easy access to many places within London. Not really safe area. Not friendly for families.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No actions taken or very delayed minimum effort. The only one person who cares is Tara’s, very professional and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Price increases every year (sometimes even 500£ a month) and hot water issues.
