Lovely place to live in. Good shops around. Lovely and secured parking. Everyone here has been amazing, very friendly tenants and staff. It's a quiet place with beautiful views.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes had my washing machine changed because it was bad.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, everything has been great so far. Will have to commend how polite the staff of one Canalside have been.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is excellent, with a great range of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Chelmsford city centre and the railway station are nearby, making commuting very convenient. The neighbourhood feels clean, safe and well maintained, and I have found it to be a pleasant place to live with good transport links and plenty of green spaces nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been responsive, courteous and efficient. Any questions I raised were acknowledged quickly, and they kept me informed until they were resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The move-in process was straightforward, and the management team was very supportive. I would recommend setting up utility accounts soon after moving in to make the transition even smoother.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely aera to live in. Nice to be close to the river/canal. Walking distance from city centre and bus stops nearby. Several supermarkets within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Katie, Astrid and Ellie are always available to help us when an issue arises.

The building is surrounded by green, even if it is just 5 minutes away from the town centre. At the same distance, there are also relatively large supermarkets. The train station is a bit far (roughly 20 minutes on foot), but reachable with a pleasant walk through the town centre. The area is quiet and clean

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is great: very friendly, and very quick to answer requests for support

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

to review the inventory straight away, as the time to do so expires really quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area feels safe, we’re close to shops and transport links. It’s quiet from our flat, we rarely if ever deal with antisocial behaviour from neighbours or those nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve raised issues that have not been resolved, some of which are quite important and others which just affect our comfort. There are some building issues which have been broken since we moved in and are yet to be fixed. Other issues, such as issues with noise have been dealt with well.

Nothing major - the property is fairly as expected.
