If you love yourself please don’t live here . Very Poor management. Rude staff . Dirty corridors. Faculty lifts for straight 4 weeks and they don’t even care . Imagine climbing 10 floors after a 12 hour shift . Or when it’s your grocery day . No reply to emails
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not responded . No replies . One staff was actually very rude to me

I wish I knew all this before I sign the tenancy .

Shops and transport links nearby are convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing. Living experience here is constantly overshadowed by poor building management and facilities that are never maintained properly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management rarely respond at all, and when they do, the updates are vague and unhelpful. For example, they claim the lift is repaired, but it only works for a couple of hours before breaking down again. They refuse to give residents a clear timeline for when the problem will be properly resolved. It feels like they just try to buy time instead of fixing the issue properly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the lifts constantly break, the building is not looked after, and management are completely unresponsive. So I wont even move in at the beginning .

The location is quite nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Transport is always available; a bus station and Sutton station are nearby. I have nothing to complain about the location, only the parking for the car is paid for in the Northumberland House
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are usually responsive it takes few days to solve the issue but I m ok with that

I wish I had known the problem of the lift , and hygiene

Good stuff very easy to get to Central London. Bad stuff could be a little bit more off-licences to open till late.

Usually say for example, the light goes out in one or two days someone comes in fixes it

Something I wish I knew before I moved in that the lift sometimes does not work

It's on high street with many shops at closer proximity. Tescobis newly opened. Very cleanly maintained.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they are good at that. I raised 3 issues heating meter not showing reading, winfk not closing and washroom door. They fixed it in 3 days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
1 lift is working out of 2. Good thing is that less noise and I am working from home without any problem.
