We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

- Design of the flat is nice and spacious with ample of storage. Bathroom is nicely sized. All rooms are bright due to huge windows letting in the sunlight. Balcony is lovely outside space in warmer months. - Access to gym and concierge are two of the main highlights. Both of the receptionists are lovely, and they take all packages, so you don't need to worry about it getting stolen or lost. Gym is well equipped with weights, treadmills, rowing machine, cable machine, etc. - While at the beginning (in 2019/202) we had issues with property management, since then the quality and quantity of communication has greatly improved, probably due to the hiring of an estate manager who is on site the majority of the week. - There's communal green space available for all to use; and bike storage next to the parking area. - There's underground parking, including electric chargers for EVs.

Bright new flats. Kitchens have lovely granite surfaces. Bathrooms like five star hotel though poorly lit. Amazing gym on site. Secure parking and bike store. CCTV. Bin stores kept spotless. Friendly and helpful concierge and estate manger. Downside is lack of gate to control entry from Oxford Road, which ought to have been sorted by now.

The broker showed us a lower ground 4bhk. We really liked it asked a lot of questions and placed an offer which got accepted. When we spoke to a couple of neighbours, they later told us that the lower ground houses are prone to rainfall floods and the flooring was redone completely. Something the broker and developer comfortably left out and when questioned - they said - how would we know we never lived here. It is a shame that no one warns a new home buyer and still worse that they don’t bother revealing facts. We were very upset. The flat was out of the market for one whole year and nobody told us about this till we did our own research. I would hugely encourage not to buy lower ground houses here.

I like the interior design. My flat is well-designed and the floor plan is fantastic. I also think they used middle-quality material. But the exterior design is not good at all. The building facade is very bad. The gym is one of outstanding benefits, as well as the bike parking. One of the main downsides is garbage room, which is a small room without any air circulation, and everytime I entered the room I inhaled the terrible sell.
