Decent range of amenities near by and good access to public transportation. Paddington recreation ground nearby is a jewel

Poor quality of paint on the walls. No dimmable lights in the living room.

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen space, design and inbuilt devices, balcony, storage space

Maida Vale being close is an excellent plus for amenities and green spaces. Not very close to a tube station but decent bus links. A fair compromise for the price point.

Nothing major as I was living nearby and reviewed the property in detail (with the help of Higgins’ sales team)

What is the best feature of your home:

Good appliances and a well functioning underfloor heating. The bathroom and kitchen finishes also give it the flat something extra over vs a standard ‘mass developer’ feel.

It’s a pleasant area to live in, I haven’t had any issues so far. its also close to shops and transport.

They are rude, often unprofessional and not always helpful.

What is the best feature of your home:

Expected the rooms to be a lot smaller but it’s surprisingly spacious. Quite a decent sized apartment.

The location of the development is relatively good, transport links are not too far. The lack of any parking for residents is a downside

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t issued any problem to the building management, all problems were the developer’s fault

That every small corner should have been checked for defects

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fine, we hope it will keep improving over time. We are having problems with the bin collection and amount of trash that accumulates. Around our building the street is quite dirty, the council is not cleaning enough compared to Westminster where we used to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite responsive for every query, but not always resolved at the first attempt.

That you can’t switch off the internal air system in the flat, is quite annoying
