The design of n°4 Upper Riverside is fantastic, modern and minimalistic. Really makes you feel at home. The concierges are always polite and happy to answer any questions. Facilities are also great, several gyms spread throughout the different buildings make for complete workouts.

Quality of local shops is amazing, there is a Tesco, Pharmacy, and several restaurants nearby. Really all you need!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish the gym and pool were open 24 hours a day. Although it is understandable that it closes for safety reasons.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The only problem I have had so far was not knowing where to collect my post. I was quickly redirected by the concierge.
Property Management is horrendous, facilites are great.
Property management is absolutely horrendous. *name removed* is the single rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter, who is the team lead for the property management team. They have driven my partner into depression with their horrible threats. I would absolutely recommend to never speak to them.

Local area is wonderful, beautiful scenery and amazing river views. O2 arena is a great place for shopping and a great selection of restaurants in the area. However, noisy on event nights.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how horrible the property management team was. Just horrible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have raised noise complaints in the past 5 months, nothing ever done. Concierge calls in the middle of the night for non-urgent calls.
Good location, amazing designs
Good location, amazing designs and very modern, very professional agency and management. Building is quite clean and everything works pretty well. Free coffee at building 4, and also gym downside. There’s also library and lots of place where we can do meeting
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Lots of options and events especially during Christmas time, food market, lots of people, concert and etc
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Quite to find property around here, so i suggest go straight to the main agency themself
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quite a long wait, but get everything done pretty fast when you got the appointment
Really Love The Riverside
I loved upper Riverside, B4 in particular holds some of the best memories I have. The place is reasonable and you have access to a lot. You truly are in the hub of everything. So much so Iam looking into buying a property here 🙂 The Rental Agent Antonia was incredible she is a rare jewel and a key part as to why I love the place so much.

The issues I did have they answered promptly, and Antonia is the greatest A
lovely place to live
the building is beautiful. there’s a few issues with management particularly window cleaning. some of them have been left for over a year and it really ruins the point of having a nice view when it’s through completely filthy windows. the corridors are cleaned super frequently which is nice but damaged carpets etc do not get tended to.

the proximity to the tube station is amazing. there is nothing that is not easily accessible within 5-10 mins. within the area itself there are a few things lacking (like places to get lunch for example) but otherwise the range of things here is amazing. i find it really quiet here which is surprising given how much is going on:
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the facilities are amazing but the chance of actually getting a booking is so slim!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
my windows were not cleaned for a year and a half, the issue was constantly ignored and dealt with poorly
Nice building , would recommend it
Design is very nice in the building. There are 3 lifts so moving between floors does not take long. Pets are welcomed which is nice . The building staff are very friendly and approachable. They are ready to offer assistance to any resident or able to point to external sources

Near to the tube station. Good quality facilities and very friendly staff. Parking is readily available as well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s a quiet area despite being near to the O2 arena
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve not had any issues to date. But if I did, I am sure it would be sorted
Excellent place with a few buts
The design of the property is elegant and practical. Great staff at the reception and parcel hubs. There is room for improvement with the karaoke room which does not really work (there is a delay between with the microphone and the program is ridiculously old).

A good supermarket nearby such as Wholefoods, Waitrose, M&S or Sainsbury’s would make a big difference. The local Tesco is simply not enough. Some tennis courts in Greenwich Penninsula would also help.
Otherwise great location.

There is nothing that I expected that has not been fulfilled
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have not responded to the only query I asked sadly
Great place to live
Excellent facilities, everything we’d wish for. Very good at taking on board feedback and acting upon it. Really happy with the flats and the facilities and location. Rarely required property management. We get better replies from some staff than others
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Good aspects
Safe area, good security and concierge staff. Convenient location with good transport links
Bad
Would like more independent shops
Would be nice to have cafe/bakery shops
Very windy
Noise- from people visiting O2
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How dark the flats are
That the hot water only comes from one provider
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Efficient- we have only needed them once but we managed to get our management problem fixed in good time
Amazing view of river thames
It would be great if there is more frequent windows cleaning services, other than that the building looks quite good, it will be even better if the building front door support Apple NFC tag that you can get in to building without using the blue tag, and I really appreciate the ground floor office area at building 3, because of the ac, really saved my summer.

Amazing view of river thames and brilliant spot literally next to Jubilee line, you can get to anywhere in London within 30 mins

If I can get more detail and help about how to set up my account or method of payment to the electricity and gas it will be great
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The registration at building two gives professional and consistency service through out the day
Good – design, facilities, view; Bad – parking tickets in own space!
The building and apartments are all very nice and stylish. The facilities are fantastic (pool, decent but small gyms, cinemas) but the cinemas are almost impossible to book at peak times and there is no way to check if they are actually being used. There is also a bit of form over function – not enough storage space, bad hob, some impractical furniture.
Car parking is a nightmare though. I pay for a parking space in the underground car park, but I’ve received 3 parking tickets for parking in my own space! The building management have either been unhelpful or not responded when I have raised this issue with them. The response has been to take it up with the (terrible) parking management company, but I signed a parking contract with Upper Riverside not the parking company – a contract which says it designed “to ensure that a resident’s space is always available for their use”. I have also had other cars using my space or other cars parked so badly I can’t get into my car.

Great place to live overall; love having a river view and living in a quieter area with great transport links. Would be nice to have a wider range of restaurants and/or delivery options nearby. Also, there are no good supermarkets within reasonable walking distance – just a small, expensive Tesco Express
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
With the windows closed it is very quiet for London. River view is definitely worth it. Can get hot in summer but not as bad as some other new build apartments.
Terrible parking. No good supermarkets nearby. Some furniture and appliances are not well designed (but look good)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Completely unhelpful with parking issues discussed above.
Concierge team is usually very nice and helpful. Plus little extras like a free spring clean are good.
A good place to own a dog
The area is quiet, clean, and overall pleasant. It is also very hospitable toward dog owners, which is why we moved here. There are some design flaws in the apartments (e.g. you need to move the bedside tables to access bedroom cupboards). The gyms are decent and now offer classes; the pool is better than average.

Transport is very good – North Greenwich station is on your doorstep. There are some cafes and clothing shops nearby and in the O2, but nothing special.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The lifts break down fairly regularly, and you need to take your trash down manually. For this reason I would not recommend living too high up….
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. The plumbing in our bathroom and the cupboard in our kitchen were both fixed promptly and efficiently.
