Would highly recommend - apartments and the building itself feel modern, clean and functional. The communal areas and roof terraces are nice touches to have access to. Great sense of community in the building itself. On-site management team are always friendly and happy to help and develop a good culture in the building. Any maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and always feel looked after.

Everything available in walking distance from shops, gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, and much more

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance requests dealt with promptly and followed up. Feel looked after and safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Friendly on-site/concierge team who are always happy to help. Nice surprises like treats in the communal areas on Fridays/special occasions. On-site gym would be a great bonus.

Honestly, nothing but good experiences here. I’ve been living here since December 2021. In that team I have the team attend to anything and everything. Any repairs or replacement appliances are almost instant. Constant development of shared space and resident consultation and engagement. New business units on the ground floor. Always pleasant and friendly. The team are genuinely excellent and so on top of everything. Big thanks to the whole team. The building is also really friendly and has a nice community. The team instantly dealt with a problem neighbour too and quickly moved him along. Really great stuff. Thanks team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s great to be so close to the station with amazing connectivity to central London and Gatwick. The area is being redeveloped. There are quite a few characters in the surrounding area. But it’s mainly vibrant and people are really friendly. The only big supermarket left in the town is Marks but there a great little market and butchers etc. there’s also great coffee from the Mr Tinto stand across the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately, professionally and completely. They are really fair and always do their best.

Nothing that is within the buildings control. I was really well informed.

A Home like no other.

the layout of my Apartment, is large and airy, a well equipped kitchen ,very comfortable.cant find fault with the amenities regularly use the conference hall and the rooftops always found them clean .personally I believe this is the best block of Apartments overall ,my family have rented in other blocks , they want to move in here ,and most probably will do so..

A home without the tedious jobs, cross the road and get the train now how cool is that, a minutes to Box park, around the corner if you prefer something quite , after all this hard work enter your building to welcoming smiles from the staff.life is good

I have never hesitated to point out any issues ,always solved with a smile.

I moved in an emergency and never looked back, extremely happy

Modern flats in a well connected location, with freindly staff

Lovely modern flats with swish furniture right next to a well connected train station, with a car-park available if you prefer. Topped off with a nice pair of sunny rooftop gardens, and a freindly suite of staff. All maintainance issues have been fixed swiftly and without fuss. There's not really anything I have to complain about.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A coop right next door means you can get essentials within 2 minutes. East Croydon train station right across the road is (in my opinion) one of the best connected stations in the south of england, with ~20 minutes to London Victoria, London Bridge or Gatwick airport. Admittdely, Croydon has a reputation for being a little rough around the edges with regards to anti-social behaviour, whilst this can't be ignored entirely - it's not something to be overly concerned about and hasn't significantly impacted my living experience. Especially in the area immediately surrounding the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All routine maintanace problems I've had have been fixed the next working day. The one problem I had which was slightly more abnormal was handled to the best of any reasonable expectations and seems to have been fixed too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That within a 30 minute walk south/southeast, you can be outside of London's urban sprawl and hiking through an open field, or woodland. I can't think of anywhere else where you can live in such a dense built up area, and yet escape so quickly to the countryside

I've lived here for over 2 years and really enjoy it, the flats are modern, fully furnished and having a roof terrace and communal space I really like. There were a few issues in the past but with recent changes and additions to staff the building is an even better place to live. Shout-outs to a the members of staff.. Johnny - has made this building the cleanest in London, an amazing job and needs recognition of his hard work. Dom - fantastic to have him onsite to fix any issues that arise, very efficient and professional. Habab/Shauna/Kaloud - fantastic community hosts, I have seen them go out of their way for residents on many occasions and want to say thank you for doing such a good job. see you at 12.02. Hannah - has come in and turned the building around and actually listening to residents. I look forward to seeing what happens next in the building, the future is looking bright. thanks team!

Very close to East Croydon train station, right in the middle of the action... this is the place to be!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems or issued I have raised have been addressed very quickly with the onsite maintenance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Understand how the utility billing works and realize this is a communal billing system which may seem convenient at first but does has it's downsides with lack of choice and control.
