The development has been very thoughtfully designed and has a beautiful landscaped gardens on the fourth floor for all residents to enjoy (although it’s not a park so dogs have to be kept on a lead so that all residents can enjoy using this space) There is also a very large and well equipped gym, a residents lounge, a business suite, a cinema room, and a private dining room for residents to use

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is super central (Zone 1) and you can get to Mayfair, the City, Chelsea, Kensington etc... very easily and quickly There is also a very large Sainsburys on the ground floor which is incredibly handy In very close walking distance you have parks (Battersea Park, Kennington Park), and the River Thames

The concierge team are really amazing, always super helpful and friendly

What is the best feature of your home:

Very large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite

The facilities I don't use often within this area, although I have heard by my neighbours it is really good. I really like layout and design of my development as it looks fresh and is cosy. Public transport is very good and frequent The area is developing and has great potential The amount of construction works is very loud and noisy at times.

I really like that the area is really friendly. I do not like the amount of construction work that is within the area.

There is nothing as I already expected what I had got.

The building is really spacious and well maintained overall! I’ve only been living here for a week only and everything has been good so far! The building is all brand new and it has really good facilities!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the convenience of Sainsbury’s and station really close by! I don’t particularly like the construction close by!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They didn’t finish construction of other flats on our floor so there’s a smell of paint lingering! I always wish there was air cooling in more than one spot in the house! Not just the main bedroom and living room!

Nine elms is fairly well maintained and it’s my apartment is quite spacious for a build in London! My development can do with a few more facilities, e.g a pool maybe! We hav a gym now but more could be better!

I like that it’s close to tube station and I dislike that there’s lots of building works

The management don't really respond to emails when you have an issue, Response time can take long. The building management is good. Its far from restaurants. They are quite a walking distance. House is spacious and nice.

Building is New and morden. Not a lot to do in this area and Construction is a bit inconvenient

Nothing i wish i had known before i moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature in the house is theAir conditioning. Especially useful when the weather is really hot.
