There are a range of shops nearby- there is a Sainsburys directly below the Rhodes East block and only a short stroll from Rockland West. The Bus station is a 3 minute walk away alongside kirkgate market and the John Lewis! Everything is very much in a walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with the sofa in the apartment having a slight smell, upon reporting this on the Moda app, Lydia was so helpful and the matter was seen to within a day.

I wish I had known that you can buy some of the furnishings directly from the MyModa app!

Very nice community and location. Very convenient location. About 10 min walk to the city center. Highly recommend

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Effectiveness was definitely there , when i need something the receptionist charlotte would be rapid with response to inform the management about a concern or issue .

I wish there would be more outdoor activities on terrace something similar to moda in Manchester as the football pitch that would be absolutely nice

Close proximity to everything you need. Great location for professionals working in the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Average but mostly reasonable responses to issues from management.

Manor lack of community events or an effort to bring people together.

It’s a pleasant quaint area. Very close to the city centre, clean areas and well lit streets for walks in the evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was an issue with my smoke alarm and the maintenance team fixed it within hours of making the request. Everything is in top shape, but if i do need something doing, it’s handled fast.

Renew by the year because you’ll want to stay and it will be cheaper than leasing every six months.

The local area is fantastic, with a great range of shops, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Transport links are very convenient for getting around the city, which is a huge plus. The neighbourhood generally feels safe. Traffic noise is minimal, and services like bin collections are reliable. It's a very convenient and pleasant place to live.

They have responded well to my queries and have help solve the issues.

I wish I knew such a place existed so I could move straight to Moda than spending time elsewhere.
