The location is close to the city centre, designer shops, supermarkets , theatre, cinema, great restaurants and cool bars The coach station is a stone throw away, the train station is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There’s ample parking, the surroundings are quiet and green and it feels like living in a resort!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to any issues, very efficient service any time of day and night. I had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and the staff is not only competent but also friendly and patient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything I needed to know before moving in due to the thorough viewing process, the inventory system provided so much information and the staff is so knowledgeable about the area.

Shari is always a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Always smiling and can’t do enough to assist.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

One or two minor issues with ad hoc responses but all in all fantastic

Nothing specific but I do like the sky lounge area and terrace

Gym, cinema room and roof terrace are good. Shari is the best! We absolutely love her, top notch service

Always responsive from Shari & Alex - always helpful

Couldn’t pick or change utility provider - locked in to deal

Great location and good that there’s a Sainsbury’s on site which is very handy. There is no visitor parking but local paid parking near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very speedy response and super helpful when needed.

Cannot switch utilities form community utilities which is expensive

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area has its perks and drawbacks. On the positive side, the neighborhood is generally quiet, and there are plenty of parks and green spaces for outdoor activities. Public transportation is fairly accessible, and essential amenities like grocery stores and pharmacies are within walking distance. However, the cost of living has been steadily increasing, making it harder for young people to afford housing. Additionally, some areas could use better street lighting and more community-oriented events to foster a stronger sense of connection.

The building management has been generally responsive to issues raised. They address maintenance requests promptly, and Charlotte at the front desk is particularly attentive, ensuring concerns are communicated effectively. However, some larger issues, like ongoing construction disruptions, have taken longer to resolve than expected.

The building management has been generally responsive to issues raised. They address maintenance requests promptly, and Charlotte at the front desk is particularly attentive, ensuring concerns are communicated effectively. However, some larger issues, like ongoing construction disruptions, have taken longer to resolve than expected. One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the extent of ongoing construction. The noise and disruptions have been more persistent than anticipated, affecting the overall living experience.
