Close to the the town centre with everything you need close by Train station and bus station also within walking distance

Fast and efficient anything that needs resolving has been done

Nothing bad about Moda

Close to a safe bus stop I use to go to work at the hospital. Close to the bus station. The area feels safe. Very close to a good Sainsbury's so super convenient. Near the John Lewis and the Kirkgate Market so was easy for me to get things to settle in. Good quality restaurants/cafes as the building is close to city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answered nicely. They could be more efficient in their response times however.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To sort out guarantor was super important as an international rentor. I wish I had known about it before.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is modern, clean, and has great facilities. Management is supportive and quick to help. Shari is especially kind and always goes above and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The landlord and team are really supportive and easy to reach. They always try to help quickly whenever needed.

I wish I had known how amazing and friendly the staff are from day one it makes a big difference.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close proximity to Leeds bus station. Not that much traffic noise which is perfect. The street is very clean

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always managed to quickly assist me with Sheri, Sotiris and Charlotte always being amazing with me.

I wish I had known how all the induction kitchen stuff worked.

There’s everything you need around this building your literally in the centre of Leeds it’s perfect there’s a local Sainsbury’s which I use a lot, it’s easy for takeaway access at reception,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff here are very helpful and look after me a lot! They are very caring and feel like friends it’s nice to have that
