Everything is good and amazing, i feel like im included, this building is modern and well prganized, i love it

Very well, on time and very very helpful i love it

Nothing, just i wish i knew what my view would look like before living, it matters

I’ve really enjoyed living at New York Square. The flats are modern and well built, and everything you need is close by shops, cafés, bars and the city centre are all within a few minutes’ walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly specifically maintenance requests have been handled perfectly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Leasing team arent very helpful and they speak with a bad tone. The maintenance guys are the best

This areas has a great sense of community people people are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Plenty of green and a sainsburys right next door

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly, professionals and with care

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how popular this place is so I could plan ahead for a parking spot

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a very accessible area and very good quality of life! It is a bit far from the city center but it help me get my steps in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance team is great but the leasing team gave me a hard time when I was moving in. Didn’t like that at all.

That they had such welcoming and nice staff members.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development itself is in a reasonable area if you work or study in the city centre. There are safety concerns regarding students trying to get into the premises and nobody seems to be present on the front desk unless it is Shari or Ivana who is in during the daytime so I'd say the 24/7 concierge advertised is inaccurate for the most part.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The responses have been fine, but don't expect them to care or take action if there are any major issues.

I wish I had known how untidy and disgusting some residents can be - there is trash everywhere and communal areas get left in a state. People are very disrespectful and there is little sense of community.
