Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local amenities are great. Easy access to town. The inclusive gym has everything I need. Bathroom is good quality fittings. Window cleaning doesnt happen enough for all the near construction.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Repair requests are handled quickly, but I was without water for 3 days once, and the team gave my access to another apartment to shower

That there would be construction noise all day weekdays for the year after I moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really enjoy living in my local area. It feels very calm and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to come back to after a busy day. There are useful shops nearby for everyday needs, and there are also some nice restaurants, bars and open spaces within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded really well whenever I have raised any problems. It is easy to request help through the app, and sometimes the team even comes to fix the issue straight away. They are helpful, friendly and usually make sure the problem is fixed properly. I would also like to mention Shari, who has been very helpful to me since the first day I met her. Whenever I have any problems, she is always kind and willing to help me, which has made me feel more comfortable and supported. Her friendliness and care have really helped me feel at home while I am away from home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known about the community chat in the app earlier. It’s a really easy way to get to know neighbours, ask quick questions, and feel more connected without having to meet everyone in person straight away.

Everything is very close and the Sainsbury’s is right down stairs in the building, which is very practical!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every one except one gentlemen, has been outstanding and very kind, especially the two ladies at the front desk the dedication and commitment to do everything in a timely fashion, and with kindness is outstanding!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No AC wich is a bit hard in the summer and it can get very hot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is well located. Just across the road we can find the Market as well as Victoria Leeds shopping center which has been rank #1 of the shopping center on trip advisor in 2026. There is also a convenience store which is always handy. It seems like the high proportion of the tenants are student so let’s see how they behave but so far I have not had any issues
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been excellent since the first contact. I have been in contact with Amrit who has always taken the time to explain things and have little chat. She always comes back to emails or phone calls quickly with kindness and not rushing. I have also been in contact with Ben the maintenance manager who did a fantastic job has I have personalised the apartment upon moving, new furniture in the right colours, wall painting, TV mounting on the wall. He is very reactive, and do arrangements the same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That is not necessarily a negative point but so far I have not found the intercom system when we have visitors. I also find unfortunate not to be able to have another fob that would only give access to the front door and my door if I need someone to visit my cat when I am away. I have been told that concierge can do the visit but for an animal it’s way more comfortable and less stressful to have a familiar face to come and check that everything is ok.

The location is one of the biggest positives, very convenient for commuting, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. The area feels lively yet safe, and most amenities are within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded well to issues we’ve experienced. Last year, there were problems with the heating, but these were addressed effectively and efficiently. We also had an issue with the washing machine, and during the repair period we were provided with an alternative machine for around two weeks until it was fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about how the shared spaces are typically used day to day. At times, areas intended for working or studying can become more social spaces, which can make it difficult to concentrate if you need a quieter environment. Other than that, the overall experience has been positive.
